Hard starting 1952 8N

Tractor has become hard to start. Once started every once in a while it acts like it's starved for fuel and will just shut off. Usually can get it started back up and it will run a while longer before repeating. This last time it happened I couldn't get it re-started. Any ideas?

Is there fuel in the sediment bowl, carburetor? Does it have spark? Bad coil will cause it to shutoff, but usually won't start again for an hour or better.

Tractor Tech- The sediment bowl is full. Same with carb. I removed the plug from underneath the carb and lots of gas ran out. By removing sparkplug and laying on block, definitely has spark. Tractor does have electric fuel shutoff solenoid added. I wonder maybe there is a loose wire? Don't think so though. Not sure about the condition of the coil or even how to check it.
