I agree there is a lot of information here, so I guess I will add mine as well. We have a hard keeper TB who is also 13 this year. We moved him to Safe Choice feed by Nutrena about a year ago and have noticed a huge difference. We went to a local vet seminar hosted by the Ag Dept of Auburn University where the speaker talked about feed. It was very informative and seems to have helped our horse tremendously. He looks great now. Here is a link to the feed we are using. It is on the expensive side, but you only feed very small amounts. He only gets 2 lbs in the AM and PM along with hay.
