Harbor Freight Tools that don't suck

It's a no brainer. Just do it. I bought their similar one a few years ago.

It's ideal to break loose lugnuts etc before removing them with my Ryobi cordless impact driver. Note its a little heavy and clumsy to use in place of a ratchet, its more for when nothing else will do the job.

I used my breaker bar Saturday to remove a 10" lag bolt that the impact driver couldn't drive in past a knot - it got to a point where it couldn't turn the bolt in either direction. (Drilling a little deeper solved the problem). This is the tool that will get you out of trouble like this.

I read through the first two pages of favorable comments on HF's product description. I agree with what I saw there.

I agree, and use mine all the time for breaking free lug nuts, etc.

Another "just add wood" trailer.

This is painting week so using this Harbor Freight scaffold which I have had for several years. It is very light and goes together easily. Great for getting up high to get the corners with the brush. Also for taping sheet rock. A bit wobbly at full height so I use braces, whatever is around, in this case 1x3 fir. The same thing is available elsewhere but HF so far as I know always has the lowest price.

Caught a really good sale at Tractor Supply a few years ago and got the identical scaffold for $99.

Pro-Series 6-Foot Multipurpose Scaffolding - Tractor Supply Co.

We had need for a scaffold for two weekends and $99 was cheaper than renting one for two weeks. The TSC Store had an extra deck in their back room that nobody knew where the end sections went. They let me buy it for $20. Didn't use as scaffold ever again so about 3 years ago I installed the second deck section and made 2 more from 2x4's and 3/4" plywood and converted it to lumber storage. Works great and could be a scaffold again if I needed one.

I caught that sale as well and bought two sets. Then shopped for accessories and got the outriggers and railing set from Northern Tool (again, on sale)

Agreed, they are a bit wobbly, esp. when stacked. I welded up a cross brace for the bottom of the legs so I could add cross tension strap bracing. Once the brace is installed and ratchet tie downs snugged up they are solid. It stops all the side to side sway.

Nothing from HF, but this could be done with their "Baker Scaffold" as well. AFAIK, it is a universal design, and parts from all mfg. interchange.

Simple, good price, love my HF 4 lb. Dead Blow Hammer, mostly when helping my implements on and off the tractor. It's bright orange too making it easy to spot when I forget to return it home. Bought a 2nd one yesterday I use it so much.

I like that dead blow hammer. I've had one for a few years.

Anybody have experience with the #69927 Framing Nailer? This is the full-head 21 degree nailer, current version.
It weighs only 9 lbs, while their 3-in-one nailer weighs 12 lbs and is $40 more. The reviews for this on HF's site are encouraging, 4.5 of 5 stars across 60 reviews and several contractors reporting they stand up to daily use.
