I don't see why you couldn't back up to it, shove it around if needed, then just lift it. What don't I know?
Not so much a single tool or item, but their policy that was changed a few years ago. No more individual sockets or wrenches, only sets. Makes it a bugger if you lose one, or need a special size.
You're not referring to the packaging that they hang on the peg with, are you?
You know that black plastic packaging is just so they can hang it on the peg at the store, right? It's not intended to be a reusable "tool holder".
And just why do socket holders cost so much in the first place. Go to HD and look at what they want. I just can't understand the pricing.The HF sockets are pretty good but the holders are absolutely awful. Even calling them a holder is a stretch. They’re pretty much a one time use shipping carton.
