Haveing a problem with the starter.I had stopped the tractor and when I went to start it again as I turn the key into the on position the starter started to run and would not shut off untill I turned the key off.I tryed this again and as soon as I turn the key on again the starter started running and the motor would not start.You dont have to sitting on the tractor for this to happen.I need some help

The bendix on the starter is sticking. You're going to have to pull the starter off. Usually they just need the dust and debris cleaned out, lubricated, and reinstalled.
