WEll I guess I am idiot, cause I bought a new Kioti CK25. Everyonoe around me said I was foolish for not buying one of the big name. Well after lurking on here for a few months and finally registering tonight. I made the call , and for the features, quality, price, and the great local dealer. I made the choice to go Kioti. I purchased the CK25 with Kioti FEL. Also picked up a J Bar 5 foot rotary mower, and a 5 foot box blade. Tractor has a whopping 1 hour on it also! Price out the door was $14K for tractor, FEL, RM, and BB. I couldn't pass that up. Beings the green and the other orange one was $3k-$5k more for the same setup. Bought the unit today at 5 and the dealer delivered it 45 miles to my house. Went to set and start mowing my 32 acres when the rain Gods let me have it. So tractor is in my shop waiting for a good weather to try it out. Tractor will be mainly used for mowing the 5 acre yard, and the remainding 27 acres of planted pines, also plan to use the FEL with some homemade forks to lift and move stuff in my Auto restoration shop. So far I could not be any happier with it. Everything looks good, fit is great, etc, etc! Only thing I have found so far is my 3 year old was playing with the FEL control and somehow it has came lose and pivots in circles and will tighten back up not new in the right location.

And I kow pics are needed!! I'll get some tomorrow when the weather breaks

I got the shuttle gear, not a fan of HST. I guess just a personal thing. So far I think it will do everything I need of it. And I think I got a good price on it also.

If anyone is in or around GA these guys have another CK25 and a couple of 45's. They also have a 45 with loader for $18k, its a 2004 model with 3 hours. Was used at the AG expo in Moultrie, GA for two years by Kioti. They are expecting a bunch of new unit at end of next month, cause they get all the units brings to the Expo, so thay giving great deals on the leftover 2006's

There is a nut under the loader control boot that you can tighten. Get your joy stick in the right position and snug it up.

You will be amazed with what you can get done with your tractor. It will be so handy around the home that you will wonder how you ever lived without one. Congrats!

Include yourself in the picture -- or your property. We all know what the tractor looks like.

Yeah so far I love the little thing and haven't even done anything with it. But when you live in the deep south your only supposed to buy one of the big guys!

Actually its my 3 yr old daughter that will be seeing the seat time with me. And then I also have to worry about my 1.5 yr old daughter as "tractor" was her first word and her favorite toy.

I hope the weather breaks this afternoon so I can put it threw its paces mowing the 4 acre yard. And then maybe I can get some pictures also

"WEll I guess I am idiot, cause I bought a new Kioti ..."

They're getting to be more and more of us idiots every day.
Welcome aboard.
Like rico said, you're gonna find things to do with it, and wonder why you didn't get one earlier.
If you ever have questions, just log on here and ask. Between the Kioti dealers, Kioti owners, and yes, even the owners of other brands, help and answers are only a few keystrokes away.
Enjoy the new addition.

This site is what convinced me to give the lesser guys a try!! And I feel 110% confident I did the right thing. Been a fun morning, my uncle whish owns a bid 5000 acre farm down here , has been calling me in and out of his office with different dealers on the phone! He wants me to by green, and is trying everything in his power!

I have been mowing and stuff the last 2 years with my father-in-laws 4150 John Deere. Little big for what I needed and made mowing the yard a big chore due to the tractor size.

I'm gonna burn some fuel today though! I figure I can get in a good few hours before dark!

One question, anyone hooked up some spotlights on the rear the tractor?

I think the term "Kiotidiot" was originally developed as a perjorative during the tractor war dark ages. However, like many such terms it could co-opted and transformed into a term of endearment with a positive connotation. But only if we behave nicely towards all the unfortunate non-Kiotidiots out there. ;)

Welcome to the pack Fletcher, from another "kiotidiot". I've had my ck30 for 'bout four months now, don't know how I got by without it.:) You will NOT be disappointed, I know I'm not. I looked at several shades of tractor as well, I wasn't biased by brand while shopping. Features, dealer and price(in that order) is what swayed me. In fact I love using my nieghbor's TC35a almost as much as the Kioti, ok, maybe not as much but close. I use his whenever I need the 9' Woods BH but I prefer my Kioti's size and stability on my far from level ground. Sounds like you got a kick-butt deal though, you guys down south are lucky :), our prices up north are a bit higher.

BTW I had the same small issue with my loader joystick it is a jam nut underneath the weather boot that keeps the lever positioned in the preferred location. Mine was noticed minutes after delivery while the guy was walking me through the controls. Dealer dispatched a service guy the following morning to fix it (20 hrs later), I would have done it myself but the dealer insisted on making it right. He stated it is not easily accessed, have to remove a cover underneath to gain access to the offending nut. He stated that he gets a few like this and tries to catch them during final prep, mine must've slipped through... These little things can occur with any piece of equipment, it's how your treated/serviced by your dealer that makes all the difference. The fact that he sent a guy out the next morn makes me confident that if I ever have a REAL issue I know I'll get fixed up, and generally makes me feel good about spending my money in his shop.

On the rear spot issue, I've purchased the lights and wiring, they're sitting in my garage just haven't got around to installing them yet. Too many irons in the fire this summer.

Enjoy the new addition and by all means post some pictures please of the Kioti in it's new habitat........

I've had lots of different brands of tractors and it never fails no matter what brand I have it never pleases everybody. I've found that as long as it pleases me thats what matters most!

well unfortunatly I have owned the tractor for 48hrs and have still not removed it from my shop due to rain! One of these days I'll get to play with.

I spent last night doing some custom additions to the tractor. Added three 2" receivers to the top of the bucket. And made up some chain hooks, trailer hitch, and pull loops to insert into them. Also took some ideas off this site and made a custom set of clamp on pallet forks for the front bucket. There a little overkill but its what I had on hand here in the shop. Ended making them from 2" solid round bar, and 1/2" x 3" bar stock. They weigh about 75lbs each but should be plenty strong. pictures coming later today
