GT1554 TRANS LEAK

I recently purchased a CC GT1554 from HD. I've been pretty pleased so far. I went out to the garage today and noticed oil on the floor beneath the tranny. I got down to further inspect and it look liked it was leaking from the pump housing (I think that's right, it was some sort of housing in the middle of the trans. Anybody had any problems with this? Oh man, that's not good since these transaxles don't hold much oil to begin with. Running low = cooked trans. I'd take it back for a new one, or better yet, get a refund and buy a new one from a CC dealer near you (if you have one).
