Just poor internet service?
I had a similar problem until 2 yrs ago. The bigger the boobs on the internet the longer the picture took to load.
I have good cell service (internet modem/no fibre, dsl, or line of sight satellite service.) so I started tethering my phone to my PC and it brought me into this century.
