Now that it's been explained to me, I have to agree. I hadn't seen the correlation between the two points. I have to make a special effort just to try to read this thread, loading it and then walking away to do something else. Heck it took 15 seconds just to load your quote. I had hoped that with the changes last spring they would address the slow loading pics, yet things are worse than ever. After reading a few posts I close my entire web page and start over, otherwise it locks me right up.
I'll go back to reading and not commenting. 👍
Just poor internet service?
I had a similar problem until 2 yrs ago. The bigger the ***** on the internet the longer the picture took to load.
I have good cell service (internet modem/no fibre, dsl, or line of sight satellite service.) so I started tethering my phone to my PC and it brought me into this century.

I tell the grandkids to get up and walk it off. Then start talking about getting the chain saw to perform an amputation if it's a little cut.

Funny, they usually went crying to grandma after that

I had the "Look" that I could give the older two. They would knock it off and settle down.

I give that same look to the youngest (1yo today ) and he starts laughing his little head off at me!!!

A glimpse into future discipline issues? LOL

I did that very thing in 1947; Central Grade School, Pierce City, Mo. Only my knee hit a sharp rock, tore my overalls, made a deep cut about 3/4 of an inch long, and deep. I frankly don't remember even telling the teacher. I know Mom was mad, because my overalls were fairly new...what's a little blood?
