That's funny. I always thought those WERE the lyrics to that song. I just looked it up and learned that the correct version is "revved up like a deuce."

That doesn't make any more sense to me than the incorrect version, but oh well.

'32 Fords since they were the HOT ticket to hot rod after WWII. Deuce coupes (Model B's) were cheap & handled bigger engines due to stiffer frames than the Flexible Flyers (29-31 Model A's)
