Gresen Hydraulics valve

What I want to do is a very simple power unit that will activate a cylinder for a garage press that I'm building. the output of the pump will be fed into the control valve so that it will enable me to push or retreat the cylinder ram. if I got it right - both the existing port and the new unplugged orifice will be connected to the tank.
I will appreciate any comments/advice.

For what it's worth, I have 2 Oliver crawlers (OC3, OC46) with Gresen valves and pumps on them. They seem to be good units. As mentioned the company is long gone and availability of replacement parts is pretty much limited to "standard" size components.
