Gresen control valve 3122 from M970 Bobcat

Hello everyone. Newbie here. Hope someone can help.

Have an old M970 Bobcat that has served me well and it is still a good machine overall, so would like to try and fix it.

Problem is when you go to lift the bucket when you first press the foot peddle, it will lower quickly until peddle is fully engaged. Same for the tilt on the bucket.

I'm thinking it's a poppet in the control valve, but not sure. Bobcat dealer is worthless.

Any help most appreciated.

Does sound like you may a load check stuck or broken. Does Bobcat have a parts break down for this valve or do they just want to sell you the whole valve?
