GREAT Customer Service from TuffTOP

I just wanted to post that the Customer Service Rep at TuffTop is a member of these forums, he saw a post I had made about my TuffTOP where I had mentioned I had stripped 2 of my tightening knobs and contacted me and is sending me 4 new knobs for my canopy (and I didn't even ask for them or complain).

I'm VERY happy with my TuffTop and even happier with the GREAT customer service they provide, I highly recommend this company and their fine product!
