Grease Guns - Who makes one worth a flip

I have the Lincoln pistol style too. Probably just like yours. The only problem I have is greasing some pillow block bearings. It seems the end doesn't fit the grease zerks tight enough and grease winds of squeezing out around the zerk. I tried to change ends with an older two handed gun I have but I guess the Lincoln has metric threads. Anyway, they wouldn't interchange. I have a Lincoln cordless and the end doesn't fit the zerks tight enough either.

Does anyone have Lincoln Lubrication model # 1134? it has a pistol grip which looks like it would be easy to use with one hand. I have a pump type and it takes 2 hands to use one to hold the gun and the other to pump the handle. For $33 it will not break the bank. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Any other suggestions, for a non battery, non-air grease gun?

I have a pump type and it takes 2 hands to use one to hold the gun and the other to pump the handle. For $33 it will not break the bank. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Any other suggestions, for a non battery, non-air grease gun?

Before moving back to town, I had an Alemite pneumatic grease gun with a flexible hose from Tractor Supply Co. that worked just fine. But now the only thing I have to grease is 4 fittings on the front end of the little ZTR, so I have a cheap little pistol grip grease gun, and it, too, works just fine.

The one handed grease guns are good but the handles on the ones I had bend after a while.I have some tight grease fittings on my hoe and that is what does them in.The lincoln cordless is by far the best gun out there.I tried one of the generic cordless and they dont compare.

Yep. That's the one I mentioned a few posts back. It seems to be a very nicely made unit, and is good value for the money.
