Grasshopper Peruzzo Flail Mower Verticut Verticutter Dethatcher

Has anyone used one of these? Looks like it could be used for seeding and overseeding lawns. Basically a 60 inch flail mower that has the option of vertical blades that dethatch and cut the ground. Would combine the maneuverability of a zero turn with the smaller size of a slit seeder. Then just go over the area with a seed spreader. I already have the Grasshopper 930D mower. Looks like no way to get a slit seeder or aerator for less than $3k, and although this is more, it might be much easier if it works. Looks like it would work better for seeding than the Aerovator. Thoughts?

I would seriously want to see exactly what the dethatcher did to the ground before purchase. The idea sounds great - the actual execution may be something totally different. I wonder - with the dethatcher blades - can the unit be lowered sufficiently to cut the ground as you would need for seeding???
