This reminds me of when I was 9 and my cousin was 6.
We worked for my uncle on the farm and drove the 8N, 9N, NAA, Fergusson 30 and the International 340 Utility.
Man talk about HOT work...nothing quite like cherry harvest in July.
Whenever we couldn't reach the pedals, we just stood up. Most of the time the problem was pushing in the clutch on the 340. Talk about heavy!
P.S. I'm not trying to advocate putting someone on a piece of equipment before they are ready (physical or mental). This is just what I grew up with...nothing more.
