Yep, one of my wife's brothers has a nice home, raised his family there, and has lived in that same house about 45 years. And even with a 4WD vehicle, he and his wife frequently have to park at the bottom of the hill and walk (climb) the last hundred yards when they have snow and ice. And being a flatlander, no way I would have ever considered buying that place. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

If you think the driveways you can see from the interstate are bad, you should see some of the driveways that are off the beaten path. When we go to Preston County and take 4 wheeler rides, some of the grades for people's driveways you see are crazy.
