I've been on here sinse 2008. Posting when I get the time. Figured by now everyone would be tired of my posts:eek:
But they haven't kicked me out of here yet

Love your Deere. It's a beast! Just a little to big for my needs but I can see there is no trouble for that rig to do a days work. Love to be able to add a few custom things to it.

I see you have a few Toyota forklifts. Another good machine. I did up an old retired lift a few years ago I use around the shop. Handy to have.

Tired of your posts??!! If you started your own site and I'd be the first member! That forklift restore is CRAZY, it looks sooooo much better than the day it came off the line. My dream is to build my shop, retire and keep myself busy with all sorts of projects like the ones you've shown us.

Thanks James. I figured by now everyone would have seen the forklift. Man that machine has sure come in handy since I restored it. It's always nice to hear folks like my some times far out projects but when folks say they like them I can show the comments and say to her " see the guys don't think I'm crazy" I always appreciate your kind remarks as well. They are always very encouraging. :)

Ha. Thanks. I've pondered doing my own site and possibly building kits like the mods I've done on my tractors but my day job always seem to take up to much of my time. Glad you enjoyed seeing " Forkey" as we call him. Sure has saved my back having it here. Here's a video of the forklift restoration just in case you haven't seen it.
I sure hope you can turn your dream into a reality soon. I'm betting you'd be really good at it. :)
Thanks for commenting. Appreciate your kind remarks.

Sorry to take so long to respond. I just got back from a very busy few days on another part of the island. Our youngest son got married. As for your post. Wish I had the time to dedicate to tractor accessories. I should give up my day job and start the development process and sell via the internet.

Thank you very much James. I'll pass on your blessings to the two of them. Here's a little something I made to present to them at the reception. It took three evenings to build but it got 200 people laughing when I presented it to them

 We used to have a couple of those around the site where I work. They were not finished off quite as nicely though. But they were usually 16 pounders with the chain epoxied into the finger holes. And just a padlock, no shackle at all. Then they would usually tell you where to find the key after lunch. It was usually at the other end of the site (25 buildings, 3 million square feet under one roof). Management looked the other way until somebody raised he!! over it. Then they disappeared and haven't been seen since.

One of them was even pink.

Ya. It was just made to see if it would bring a laugh. My boy was sure worried when I walked up to the mic with the bag. He don't trust me much

Ha. I enjoyed that. Sounds like you work in a pretty cool place. Yep it would be pretty tough to find that key

The people are (mostly) cool. The organization, not so much anymore. Everyone enjoyed it for years. Until that last one. Took away a lot of fun for lots of folks.

Pretty well like that everywhere these days. Took the fun out of going to work :( Happy employees are productive employees.
Well I got to use the tractor to help a neighbor remove a tree stump. Man those things got a good hold in the ground around here.
