Got my recently purchased JD 770 home a few weeks ago. It is a 1992 model with 60 MMM. Tractors runs fine and except for a little ding here & there looks good. Not all the lights work and the brakes aren't what they should be, but those are things I can correct over time. The mower is a bit of a challenge. I ordered the tractor and mower manuals and it seems the mower is a 1989 model. The model year difference is not a problem, but the rear mounts are not correct so it will not raise and lower as it should. The 3PH sway adjustments are froze up so the left side contacts the tire a little when it is max raised. These are pretty minor issues. I've ordered the correct rear mounts and 3PH hardware so these things should be fixed soon. But even with the mower as it is uneven & dull blades it does a good job of mowing. I've tried to attach a few pictures.
