With all the negative things and problems posted on here, I thought I would post on a positive note. As I had mentioned on here a couple of weeks ago, I had my 5035 hauled in to take care of a few things before the warranty ran out. Well, I just got my tractor back today and I am happy to report my dealer took care of me. I had been concerned over the fuel line issue and also the shifter cable rubbing on the steering tilt bracket. I also, had several other minor things needing attention before the warranty ended. Fredricks outdoors in Alabama is my dealer and they took care of all my issues, changing the shifter cable, changing all the braided fuel lines even though mine had not caused a lot of problems yet and took care of all the other issues. They even split the hauling charge in half since I had had it hauled in last year over some issues. So just thought I would let you know that I think I may have made the right choice in dealers. I understand that from time to time you have problems, its how they deal with them that matter and when I talked to the service manager he told me he would get everything taken care of no questions ask and he did! Good job Fredricks! I'm happy to be back in the seat again with a load off my mind!
