I watched a movie called 'The Outfit' with Mark Rylance. He did a great job acting in it, and I like the characters and the story. I've watched it twice with different friends/family, and everyone ignores the same key piece and doesn't see the ending coming.

Excellent choice!!!! I've been trying to catch a movie every Saturday night. This is one which I've heard that everybody should see and came here tonight looking for ideas.

Last night I was watching TV with my Mother. Most of the shows she used to watch are no longer aired, so after Jeopardy the only choice was a new Walt Disney Christmas special... "Mickey Mouse saves Christmas" or something like that.
It was a corny kid's movie, but only 30 minutes long. (I think at least half of that was commercials.)

What got me was that Mickey's dog Pluto kept trying to get some attention but everyone was too busy, so he ended up causing all sorts of mayhem.
That's what my dog has been dealing with lately. He was laid up with an eye injury for two months and now has all sorts of excess energy... for a dog who's nearly 12 years old. He went in the woods with me on Thursday, for the first time since October. Usually he stays close but that day he disappeared. After backtracking I found he'd taken off after some coyote tracks, likely hoping for a playmate. Although he still goes into the woods with me, he's crippled up enough that I doubt he could defend himself. Luckily he didn't find them.

Ever since watching the movie I've started calling him Pluto.
I also made it a point to play with him today.

My favorite Christmas movie is "Hogfather".

The Wizards in The Unseen University are hilarious. Is not laugh-track comedy but commands your attention to get the jokes.
