Closing in on 0.75” in the last 20 - 30 minutes.

Looks like it should continue for at least the next hour or two …

We sure do...5-6 inches soaker least before the ground starts to freeze.

Just something about autumn puts spring in the old step,want to be outside enjoying those good weather days left.

Been good day for outside trimming mowing plus,one game show mom with single cub twice in week strolling edge of front heading towards apple trees,while mother with 2 cubs watch couple 100 away.

Plans for the evening...deck feet up enjoy smooth cigar waiting for wildlife and stars.

talked to GI doc, made colonoscopy appt for a couple days after I get back from my rv trip.
then tried to move some cd money inhouse at Wells Fargo and branch could not do over phone but home office could.
ok...
Cd rolls today. Into my own checking account, same bank.

though last time this happened they did show up after the next overnight cycle.

65F with steady rain @ 17:30 ... closing in on 1.25" so far ...

Probably another hour to go then a break followed by another round if the radar is any indication.

That should green things up a bit ...

Power went off for around 20 minutes, tree damage apparently ... back on now though.

Got the 100' extension cord wound up and put away along with some other items, 6" auger loaded in dump cart, and leaves blown from in front of garage before the rain arrived.

Another weeks of meds doled out and a couple of bills paid.

Normally I would agree but as the states population has grown I can’t say the level of common sense has grown along with it.

I can believe that, a perfect example is. My daughter and son-in-law (retired Marine) moved over there for retirement. She is a full blown squirrel brained liberal now days and he seems to go along with her. Because I am a Trump supporter and a conservative. She has cut all ties to us, her daughter and mommas boy son have had nothing to do with us since shortly after they moved there.

Lou, I can relate to that as sad as it is. I’ve watched both mine and the wife’s families be torn apart by stupid stuff and politics. Not sure why the hatred seems to prevail, I half jokingly tell my wife we’re old, alone and on our own!
Ah well back to regular programming.
