Good morning TBN folks. In the 40's now and predicted to hit 57 today. Rained a bit overnight which I dread to see more of. The two properties we looked at were in terrible condition, over priced and a waste of our time but of course you don't know that unless you see them. Today we'll look at two we've looked at in the past but worthy of a second pass. Bring a weed whacker this time so as to see better.

Drew, I am doing good. The tetanus shot is what is bothering me. Worried about neighbor. He fell 6’ off ladder. Bike fell on me and caused cut on left side of head. Thankfully no broken bones on either of us. My son already sent us a OSHA video on ladder use. Great to live in a good neighborhood. 3 other neighbors came to make sure we were OK and get us to ER and back home.

good morning, 59 going to 74 the rain did not amount to anything although we need it

Worked the Makita trimmer a good bit yesterday keeping the charger busy recharging batteries. Could have used the more powerful Stilh trimmer. May check it out to see if it will start

Believe I took care of two groundhogs also that I discovered had borrowed under one of the sheds. Taped a big smoke bomb to end of a stick and was able to get it down a few feet under the floor. Managed not to set the shed on fire and no signs of the groundhogs

Good morning, the low is 46 and going up to 59°F. Wind WNW 9 mph increasing to West 13 mph later in the day.

Today looks like a good day to restring the weed eater and trim some unwanted weeds and grass. Also , while junior is doing that I will vinegar the same weeds and grass. Maybe after that take the tooth bar off my bucket.

Ron, glad nothing busted, maybe now you will smarten up and stay well away from ladders.
