That's some strange driving

That Japanese stilt grass is aweful. It grows so fast and thick, and it stinks when you cut it.
Between the time I had taken the golf cart down this morning, and the time I mowed this afternoon, the line guys had been driving across my creek bottom again. So now there is a large log blocking the path. I took the tractor down to move the
fallen limb, and another dead cherry tree that had fallen down.

Good help is hard to find :-(

I used Milestone on the stiltgrass here until I can get the areas with Ash debris cleaned up.
It worked pretty well to drop the stiltgrass and not kill anything else I can see.

Probably a female fox. They waste away after caring for their kits this time of year.

Good (Thursday) morning. Overnight Low of 7.1C and it's presently 15.2C, mostly clear & calm. There was 1.7mm in the gauge @0900.

All tasks successfully accomplished yesterday. Of note was the recycling 'app' that I needed on my mobile phone... I'd gone as far as I was able to set that up but the young bloke at the 'station' finished it up in mere moments!

The second big accomplishment was paying my annual Council/Shire property rates, this time with my Federal Aged Pensioner card discount. I had no idea how much it would be reduced by and, HOLY ****, it dropped from (roughly) A$2110 to A$1500 per annum.

Wow!

Nothing planned for today except a 'Foot Dude' appointment in the late arvo to have my toenails/foot-calluses trimmed. (Type II diabetes service)
