Been busy at work. Still have a lot to do next week.
Working on my Bush Hog today, I switched the 3pt framework over from our old cutter to the one I bought at the auction, except for the tail wheel. I'll probably have to do the tailwheel too later...
Anyway, I got finished hooked up the lower arms, the PTO drive, and then when I went to hook up the top link, the large nest of yellow jackets decided to come after me. I got nailed twice on the forearm, but surprised myself how fast I could back up with 30 of them boogers coming at me. vinegar and baking soda helped and took a benedryl. Feel ok now, but drowsy.
I will get them boogers back when the sun goes down and it is almost dark outside.
15yo son is taking the hardest possible class schedule he could possibly take as a sophomore in High school. I told him to switch or drop 2 and take something easier, saving some for the junior and senior years... He was going to drop 1 and switch, but the counselor told him to get into the class he wanted (which was full) would require him to change his schedule completely. He said just stick with it. I'm worried when they start piling on the homework. He hates homework....or excessive homework.
Honors Algebra 2, Honors Chemistry, Honors Physics, Advanced Placement World History, Dual Credit Spanish, and Honors English 2. I better start praying for him. He is also on the tennis team and should make Varsity (they don't really have a junior varsity). He'll get his butt kicked, but he seems to be taking it seriously.
Praying for peace around the world. Prayers for Bupps and Holly, Ted and Dona,
M7040's wife, and others with different problems.
