Rudely awaken this morning by an unwanted cat visitor. Gawd awful sound. Simba does not like other cat visitors. Suspect it was Tawny, a neighbor cat who does visit. For some reason he has adopted our Canadian friends who stay in the cottage. Actually, he has a tough home life with 4 dogs so our cottage is a safe haven. The Canadians give him the attention he craves. Simba tolerates him at the cottage, but not down at the house.

Been home an hour since breakfast, and can’t get rear end out of park.

Good (Sunday) morning. Overnight Low of 10.5C and it's presently 12.7C [heading to 17C], mostly sunny with a breeze. There was 1.2mm in the gauge @ 0730.

Just a wee bit of dhobi done yesterday, otherwise a relaxing day was had.

I'm off to Church in about a half hour (I'm leading the Morning Prayer service) and then the rest of the day is His... although I will carry on with more dhobi when I get back as my power company is giving me 3 hours of 'free' electricity (1100 - 1400).

I did finally get moving, cut a couple posts for deck2, still need to decide on my design change, if I move the steps, should put in at least 1 more post in that area. was really windy out today, which was good for drying out the mud from the dirt I took out of the holes, but made it chilly. Some of the wood I bought was for changing it, so probably will go that route.

Day started out with a bang then watched movie with ladies blew middle part of day got grass mowed after that at least as much as I could. More trees have fallen

Might try to change oil in mowers today changed air filters yesterday.

Rehurt psychotic nerve almost put me down watered hanging baskets. Was a cool breezy day high in 60s heat on now unusual. No LaNina or ElNino last time this happened 2009 summer.

Coffee is done brewing. 36° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 66° with mix of sun and clouds. Yesterday went good. Trimming is done and helped neighbor repair his car with radiator replacement. Did not see job completed. But it was close when I came home for dinner. Today is garden pond maintainace in the morning. Then help neighbor get Deuce & Half ready for tomorrow's parde. Hope to find time to watch Indy 500 and Nascar races.

looks like most are sleeping in...wise.
blue sky morning,should be a nice day with clouds later in the high 60's.

this morning I wash my car, and maybe parts of the rv.
this afternoon the lawn has to be done.
also need to put some flags out by mailbox in the lawn.
and then time to barbecue those ribs.

a good day to appreciate what we have.

Plans for today...yesterday afternoon on/off rain cancel working on the firewood,so today I'll try again but slower pace than last time.

Good Morning,
Ct, 46 to start going to 62. Maybe some short glimpses of the sun but not much.

Services this morning then back home to possibly open the pool, we will see. Too much stuff to do.

Got my dipole antenna up yesterday with help from my neighbor across the street with his bucket truck. Got the apex up to about 40 ft, pretty happy with that.
