I was putting screws in the remaining pieces when rain opened up on me. They all have 2 screws to hold them.

Planted green beans earlier and sprayed some weed juice.

David, I read your volcano is active and shooting lava 300 feet in the air.
I'd love to see that, but for sure not up too close.
I bet a lot of photography drones get melted trying to take pictures

Quiet again I think. Had a few hours the other day, #19 I think. Gets reported on the local news. Always exciting as it’s pretty spectacular.

The lights went out while I was outside dealing with the top of the tree that I cut yesterday and skidded up to the culvert for the slough to run under the driveway. (The lights came back on at 3:30 P.M.) The logs keep the gravel from falling into the water. This is the second pair I have put in over 30 years.

70°F right now. Tomorrow IF the rain holds off then I will attack the meter for the big oil tank and top off the house tank again. That will also be a leak check.

The only pressing job left will be the new roof for the portable shelter where I keep the tractor. That requires a calm day.

Thanks, after rain stopped, I disassembled and removed the old picnic table from the deck. It started raining again as I was finishing that, but stopped raining shortly. Put up the missing deck railing.
Found out i need new castors for my weber genesis grill, but don't know exact model number. need to look that up somewhere.
found it in quicken, Weber Genesis EP320 grill, saved again by good record keeping.

Purchase new ECHO commercial not twin handle style weed whacker,came with high grass blade also saw blade $424.oo, I'll get least 8 years before replacing like the other one.

Good (Tuesday) morning. Overnight Low of 14.2C and it's presently 19.7C, overcast with some blustery winds. Rain predicted but I'm not holding my breath.

So, yesterday arvo I gave into temptation and went out to disassemble some sign-sites... especially the one out by Weldborough [50km away] as the Bureau of Manyguesses predicted high winds. Once 'things' got started I managed to get to 10 sites before calling it a day. I've yet to empty the ute.

Depending on how I'm feeling I may do some more this arvo.

Yeah, I'm living an 'exciting life' at the moment.
