Good Afternoon ,
all those times I hosed the pollen off my car and left hard water to dry on car is truly coming back to haunt me.
Drew, I always chamois my truck after the wash, but as Paul mentioned a back pack blower would work well also !
I figure if it starts and I just let it idle for a while I am good. Any thoughts on that?
Happy, I’m with Lou and Bill on the starting procedure! Get it started and bring the rpm’s up to 1200 or so and warm it up a bit ! That should work better than letting it drop to idle !

Started the day with a visit to the Dr for the annual physical. Will get results of most blood work tomorrow. Was going to get lunch at Mission BBQ, but was done early, so grabbed chinese food and brought it home.
Dr does want me to see an ENT about one concern.

Got pellet stove cleaned out, vacuumed, etc... wind sure did blow the mess when I dumped it on the snow covered garden.
turned stove on a little bit ago and still hasn't lit...

had to manually start the stove with a propane torch...

Then worked on my next sunday classes. takes a lot of time to prepare a class every week.

Good (Tuesday) morning. Overnight Low of 15.5C and it's presently 19.4C, lightly overcast & fairly calm. There was 0.3mm in the gauge @ 0900... every little bit helps, eh?

It will be a 'sprucing up' arvo after my Mate leaves in a few hours. Then it'll be a number of weeks finding 'things' that were put back where they don't belong. 😁

That's about it, take care all.

I did the fancy button pushing thing so it now opens and locks the doors. Still won't do the engine though!.

The immobilizer and the remote fob are programmed separately. As far as I know, you can’t program the immobilizer (the transponder chip in the key) without a bidirectional connection to the OBD2 port, either with a scan tool or dealer hardware.
