Good morning all,
60° now highs in the mid 80’s and cloudy today. Dew point 56° and supposed to stay mid 50’s all day again. Winds WSW 5-10 mph.

Yesterday was a good and productive day, all the mowing is done and a small patch of trimming until gas ran out (mine and the trimmers).

Outside to water when daylight comes.
The usual Saturday morning dump run.
Mix up a new batch of gas, then back to trimming. If my ambition holds up maybe some weeding in the garden.

Good morning, the low is 61 and going to a high of 72°F. Wind WSW 8 mph. 60% chance of showers this afternoon.

I am up way too early, but the good thing is I can go back to bed when my eyes get heavy again.

The game plan is to build a three sided hut for sun and snow protection for the hose reel beside my fuel tank. It will also house the fire extinguisher. I just haven't made up my mind how to build it, yet. It will be made out of the wood and tin I have laying around here.

As for today, junior is going to the dump with some stuff that we cannot burn. I am either going to nap or jump down the you tube rabbit hole again.

Coffee has been poured. 54° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 80° with a mix of sun and clouds. PT went good. Already seeing an improvement in foot pain. Trip to pet shop got a dozen 1 1/2" Comet Goldfish. Rec gas had a line up of people waiting their turn to buy. Today will start doing some garden pond cleanup. Then will see what needs to be done on To-Do list.
Still getting help with field cleanup.

off this morning to nursing home in Doylestown to see ancient MIL, take her some cherry tomatoes.
I usually take her a box of chocolates

have a lot of tomatoes to pick this morning, saw half a dozen big ones ripening at same time.
one of my neighbors will be happy.

Ron, what are they doing to your foot? When PT lady tried to stretch mine, pain got worse and lasted for days.
I never went back...

Morning all!
A very nice 58 out this morning going to a less humid sunny 82!
Was given a call yesterday by a friend to grab my truck and head over. His apple tree had fallen down and I was given 1st dibs on any pieces I wanted. 2 truck loads will keep me busy today getting them cut and painted to better keep them from cracking while they dry. Also whoever cut it up butchered quite a few of the pieces with multiple cuts as their saw was dull!(not me)

I Need to head to the store first for a new chain for my saw. It is probably at least 10 years old. Need a new file to sharpen with too!

apple wood smells wonderful in a fire, good score

perhaps buy two chains Phil so you can swap them without having to stop and resharpen
don't forget to lube sprocket on end of bar

on farm in NC had three different sized chain saws, small, large and pole saw; all with different chains.
Had several of each, hanging from a big nail, would take them to shop in town for sharpening when I had two dull ones.
I think they charged me 12 dollars each to sharpen. Their automatic machines went fast but took a lot of metal off.

nothing better than a brand new or just sharpened saw chain, particularly in hard wood.

Drew, worked on balance. Holding feet one in front of other. I think I have good balance. I do but doing this exercise for a minute requires lots of foot motion to stay standing straight up. I did 4 different of this type of exercises. Plus different walking exercises. I have 4 other foot exercises at home to do 2 times a day. Therapist noted that when sitting or laying down bad foot is always pointing in instead of out like right foot. It’s a heredity thing. All the men on my mother’s side of family tended to walk pigeon toed. I will work on it. But it Took 82 years to get were left foot is at today. My foot did hurt after therapy yesterday. Today foot feels better than it has in the morning.

I found a red egg on the property, and got a pic of a kid with a golf club on 7/3, lol first time seeing someone on the property.
