What is OCD? Oh I get it Obsessive-compulsive disorder because the chrome faceplate is like a mirror. The inspector noticed a tie -in to an existing 30 amp breaker - maybe this is where it leads to. I'll have to get it it's separate breaker. The back gate hinge came off the gate also so I'll have to work on that also.
All the screw slots on cover plate are vertical, aligned with the receptacle slots. There was a discussion on TBN years ago about that sort of thing.

I saw the state spraying along road in the rain yesterday. , out of window of their truck.

.11” rain today. Radar shows it should be over, sky says otherwise.
My son’s AC hasn’t been working in his new rental. They supposed to look at it today, it’s been 4 days. Fortunately it’s been cooler. Outdoor unit comes on. Indoor is in the attic.

Looked at radar again, more rain showing since 2 hrs ago.

I actually read the big thick booklet that comes with the 2.5 gallon jug...so I don't spray until the dew is dry, and not after 2 hours before the dew falls in the evening...or when any wind. But I don't align my outlet screws in any specific way, so don't trust me. 😁

Good Morning Again,
Good to read you still have your spunk L4N. :)
Absolutely Thomas !!

The motor became intermittent, and I was tired of dealing with it
Paul, I know the feeling well, remember my compressor issues ? Totally understand! 😉
Am going to see if i am allowed to double up on the physio. And also if someone visits if they can bring me some ribs.
Bill, if I had a plane like Paul, I would fly down to Mission BBQ and get you a rack !! 😉😁

When they are snug they are aligned good enough for me.

68°F and 2.2 inches rain,,but none since midnight. Looks like another wonderful start with sun forecast until 3.

Back out to solar shed and resume, starting with a good power washing of the floor. Have an area I knocked over a gallon of diesel. Get the floor done and then attempt to rearrange the stuff on the shelves

Did get a start updating verbiage in my Care and Feeding Manual. Need almost all new pics.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

Good morning! Low of 42°, heading up to 75°. Slight chance of a sprinkle or t-storm today. The guessers are saying better chances tomorrow.... we'll see.....

The last rounds of storms this past Saturday were disappointing.... only .20". Apparently, there were 2 confirmed tornadoes, one about 45 min SE, the second about 45 min to the NW of us. Considering there have only been 10 confirmed tornadoes in the state since 1983.... 2 on the same day.... hope it's not a trend....

Bill (LFN), glad you got treatment and are now recovering. Very good that you are listening to the "quacks".... Now make sure you behave and recover soon!

Drew, glad your scan went well and good news was at hand!
When did your BIL have his replacement knee done? I have a Zimmer knee also.... I wonder if that's what is causing my problems. You can PM me if you want to keep it confidential.

Don, congrats on the new house. Definitely nice architecture style. The wifey went "ewww, nice!" when I showed her the pic. Are the lots the relatively same size?

Buppies, how have you been feeling? I hope ok.

WNG, sounds like puppy playtime heaven! If it was up to me, I'd have a hundred puppys / dogs.... can't have too much fun though.....

RNG, another successful run! Hopefully winding down. Glad you are getting some things sold. Sorry about the heat starting already.

David, any word on the tractor? Hopefully a simple fix.

Thomas, glad Boo is enjoying his blanket. Sorry about the present he left....

Ken, hope the peach tree scratch test is correct. We weren't sure if the peach tree we planted last spring would bear fruit this year.... so far I have counted 70 mini peaches starting to grow.

The family situation is still wildly up and down.... Some days quiet, then somebody has to start revving up the group....I do believe that the situation / reality is finally sinking in. Just tough times to deal with.

Didn't get out to the shop at all. I'm blaming the wind and misplaced motivation..... that's my story and I'm sticking to it.....
Just doing those small little 5 minute projects.

Anybody have tulips? I picked up a few of the small container (3"x3") single tulips and planted them in groups of 3 a couple weeks ago. Never planted tulips before. They never bloomed and now the "green leaf spikes" have withered and browned.
Will they regrow the green parts? Are they basically now dormant until next year? Are they dead and gone?

Everyone have a great day!

67F and cloudy 12:00, heading up to around 69F for the high.

Radar shows some light rain nearby but the bulk of it is still off to the west. Scattered thunderstorms developing this afternoon.

LWS reports no rain since midnight but says they got 0.14" yesterday.

Got some bills scheduled for payment first thing yesterday first thing.

Then got both 1 gallon sprayers refilled with filtered glyphosate.

After that I loaded up the dump cart with a couple bags of mulch and started spreading that over in that northwest planting bed The Woman had been weeding:

Took a little break from that while The Woman did some more weeding and did the 2 burning bushes, the ornamental Japanese cherry and the red maple out front:

Once those were done I went back over to the northwest planting bed and worked on mulching some more on that. All told, got 12 bags of mulch placed.

The mulch goes quick. Fortunately it is still on sale @ Menards (thru the 27th) so will probably pick up some more before that ends.

Last night after dinner I got the last 5 Trip-L-Crop tomatoes potted, along with the last 2 Bush Beefsteaks, and 1 more Crimson Cushion. Mostly just the Green Envy's left in the starter tray at this point. Plus got most everything watered that needed it.

On Monday after mowing the front I took a little break from the mowing and relocated the mealworm feeder from where it was to down by the east peach tree, nearer Nest Box No. 2 where the bluebirds are.

Then ran down to Eddie's Bait and picked up 250 mealworms, put 20 out for the bluebirds.

Cub now at 600.0 hours, so it will get an oil change first thing tomorrow when the weather is supposed to be nice.

Agenda for today:

Might work a little more on deck disassembly before the rain gets here.

Then probably up to the shop and work on the lift cylinder.

Hope everyone is having a decent Wednesday ... (y)
