Everyone here busy per usual

Not as productive day as originally hoped. Only about 500sf rolled and quit early, so approximately half done on the walls. Two more days hopefully.

Had picked up some frozen Dungeness crabs that we streamed along with some fresh corn on the cob. Made for a great dinner.

Time to put feet up, sip on a freshly drawn Porter, maybe wash down an ibuprofen.

Good evening all. Happy Father's day to all! 67ºF for the start, mostly clear sky and light breeze. Light wind, clear sky and high temp of 88ºF, HI 91ºF. Coolest day in the 10 day forecast, temp near 100ºF and HI up to 113ºF. Chapel to start day, scrambled eggs for breakfast, then conserve energy day. Did get nap in, and some kitchen cleanup. Included some bridge plaques from previous Katy ride, large assortment of bridge builders used.
Kyle sorry about the non rain event and your house A/C going out. Glad you got it going again.
Ron hope the afternoon was fun. Nice cardinal.
Drew hope the gravel work went well. Good luck with stump removal.
Phil good to hear you are getting rain. Nice work on pellet stove install. Good to hear therapy going well.
Kilroy good to hear leak easy fix and new trail started. Hope car ride went well.
Billy sorry about skunk. Glad you saw copperhead in plenty time.
Thomas plenty rain. hope putter day went well.
Frits good to hear you got some splitting done with out hurting shoulder. I use 1 gal can can to fuel mower, and 1 gal dedicated to premix to fuel chainsaw and weed eater.
Buppies nice looking mower, hope like is calmer today. Included some bridge plaques from earlier Katy ride. Did not see any pics of "bolted" bridge.
Lou congrats on new tractor. Hope wife likes it.
Paul hope your day went as planned. Safe trip to Orlando for Simulator training.

Coffee is cooling in cup. 49° with clear skies this morning. Heading to 83° with some clouds in afternoon. Got more garden cleanup in morning. Then went to 2 different Fathers Day parties. I need a conserve energy day. That will not happen today. Today I start another trip around the sun. 19 years before I become a Centurion. Some more garden cleanup today before it gets warm outside

Car ride went well, place is actually easy to get to, AND can be accessed from four prior exits off the interstate if traffic problems arise, so the dry run was worth it. Also got to stop in and shop at a SuperWalmart, about 3x the size of our local one. I didn’t like the layout of the place, there was no real “flow” like in other SWs I’ve been in.

Good Morning!

God has given us another chance to get it right (or at least not screw up too badly).
68.6F, going to mid-80s, started raining about 5 AM, heavier now, May stop around 9 but chance of showers +50% the next four days.

wont have to run the generator to water the plants!!!!

Inside work for the next couple days, possible projects include setting up scaffold in living room to service the ceiling fan (finial nut is frozen, only one bulb left functional under globe…), removing window trim and sealing off drafts, especially right behind where Mrs sits on the sofa, sit on big computer and design instrument pot for the side-by-side for the 3D printer, there’s plenty of odd-jobs to do as well.
