Drew. that is great news. I know how it feels having gone through being diagnosed and going for repeated blood test coming back positive only to realize medication prescribed by doctor for GI problems was causing false positives.

The yard hydrant is not flowing water when handle is lifted. Suspect that the coupling piece between handle and the long rod broke. Also it is bent but was worked just fine
Trying to decide on repairing or digging up and replacing

Drew, that's great news! Now, get past the stomach bug!

Dennis, nice pics! That carver is amazing for sure! Love the covered bridge. Be careful with that tire! Our peach tree is just barely forming flowers, buds just popping on the apple trees.

RS, the plan is coming together! That saw is awesome! Great job. Definitely running smooth!

Buppies, now if we can get you better......

Well, some good news ---- Jay and Peg are still looking down at the dirt. They are 'slowing down', but still doing. Jay has picked up his old hobby... photography, he's been busy with that. He mentioned he might get back on here. I hope so.

Now, if we could figure out what happened to Eric Salop.

An e-mail response to LS: "A lot and nothing has gone on in the past +year since We connected. We are managing. Peg remains challenged by her arthritis; it does limit what We do, but We still "do." That midMarch snowstorm dropped 30" of snow it took 6 hours to move snow that usually would take 2 and I should have spent another 2 to really finish to job. I re-discovered photography which is a good/bad challenge = 2 camera bodies, 7 lenses, 3 tripods, and all kinds of neat camo stuff. I have 43 different species of birds pictured here on JaysterAcres."
I took a break from this site for personal reasons. :poop::poop: happens and life moves on.

The woodcarver and bridge were M7040 pics, but in same area I was in today.
Jay, good to hear from you. Long time.

Good (Wednesday) morning. Overnight Low of 11.2C and it's presently 16.7C, partly cloudy and fairly calm. There was 8mm in the gauge at 0900.

Most of that rain occurred early this morning but there was enough yesterday arvo to negate mowing. Meh, 'she'll be right' as I can get to it anytime and it looks like I'm heading into a dry spell.

Received a call from an 'absent' neighbour who requested some 'tractor fun' tiller/loader work to level an area for a wood shed. I'll pop over tomorrow arvo to inspect the area. And it looks like the horses will need to be moved from Paddock #3 to #4 on Saturday.

In the meantime, it's 'into town' day for mail/scripts/petrol/groceries. Oh, and I'll need to drop off empty wine bottles/glass (recyclables) at the tip. I need to figure out HOW all of these empty wine bottles magically appear!

That's about it, take care all.
