Good evening all. 56ºF for the start, overcast, light breeze. Light to moderate wind except during storms, partial clearing early in day, then overcast again, first rain about 2:30 has not totally quit. 3:30 strong storms and up to dime hail. Another wave later. About 2 1/2 inch so far. Puttering to start day, worked on office work till trip to town for meds, groceries, and lunch. Got some splitting done, down bached all bucked and split, just a few dregs to clean up. Did get nap in.
Spike we did have strong thunderstorms with some hail, up to dime size. Sorry you missed out on fertilizer. Nice B-52.
Ron glad you got grocery shopping done. I hope Comcast get you cable/Internet back up as well.
Drew hope lunch was good. Thanks for map I live somewhat close to the E on the go west route. Hope you got good nap.
Drew changing engines on airplane major undertaking. I am somewhat surprised they did not update after large fuel price increase, but that did not happen. No doubt could replace 8 engines with 4 and cut fuel consumption.
Kilroy glad dog made it to food lot. Sorry about oil breather cap, Have you tried prying on it? Have fun at work
Frit congrats on getting refund from IRS. Glad tech is mostly behaving.

Good morning, the low temperature is 6 and going to a high of 34°F. Wind E 9 mph. Sunny! Snow for us beginning this evening about 4" expected.
Winter storm warning for Toronto, yeah them. I wonder if the mayor will call out the Army. (Inside joke)

About noon I will do the dump and town run, I need to get to Sundridge and get some more CBD salve.

I am going to look into acquiring some 1" wheel spacers for the tractor. If I had a lathe and a drill press, I could make them myself.

'Coons can swim, but I don't know how long they can hold their breath for, I think not overnight, tho.

Coffee is still brewing. 29° with mostly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 37° with wind, rain and snow. Forecast is for 11" of snow by tomorrow morning. Comcast got hooked back up yesterday. All new cable from pole to Junction box at back of house. Internet and cable work very well again. Dealing with comcast digital customer service is some of the worst that I have delt with. Speaking with people and service tech that showed up was some of the best I have delt with in my life.
Install a plugin charge port on tractor yesterday. No more hooking clamp on charge cable on tractor.
Need to fill bird feeders this morning. Put snow blade back on tractor today.

I have tried prying - I put cardboard down on the sheet metal, got under it with a large open end wrench, then used a large screwdriver in the gap between the wrench and the bottom of the cap ( the bottom of the “U” on the wrench provided a very close fulcrum) and I got gornischt in terms of movement. . .

Good morning from central Texas. Big weather front last evening. A tornado warning was issued just N of here but luckily other than bigtime winds, we seem to have been spared any hail and got about .8" of rainfall.

Another favorite The General Dynamics F-111 Aardvark. Never cared for the name, not too cool. But a great low level multirole aircraft. The configurable wings alone made this a fascinating plane. Here tell, it was just too complicated / unreliable, so it is now retired. Worked with many in my day.

Ron, good to hear you had a good experience with the Comcast techs...your experience is like the one I had last year with the phone company that provides our DSL...almost impossible to finally get a ticket opened online through their system, but the tech once onsite was good.

LS, your weather folks must subscribe to the same models as ours. Forecasts have been about as good as 50/50 coin flip. But I still watch/read them everyday.

I gave my coffee roaster the best cleaning it's had yesterday. Then roasted a couple of batches...should taste very clean.

Daylight savings is a week away, right? Not this weekend. My sleep pattern has already made the change.
