68F and "Fair" @ 20:30, heading down to around 62F for the overnight low.
Multiple attempts to continue digging out that planting hole were met with additional downpours so I finally just gave up. Total precip now stands at 0.64" for the day ...
Did get the dump cart emptied in-between the raindrops though.
Also got the deer netting ordered from Amazon, will be here tomorrow supposedly ... plus got another 4' tall x 20" diameter chicken wire cage for the west peach tree cut, but not woven together.
Emptied most of a 50 lb bag of cracked corn into a 20 gallon garbage can and got that closed up. There was still a little left in the bag, came out later and surprised the groundhog ... who had drug the bag under the Passat and was gorging itself.
Pretty comical as it was having difficultly extricating itself from the bag to escape.
Finally heard from young neighbor, he was sick today (had his truck and equipment/gear stolen the other day when he stopped to get gas), he'll be down tomorrow if he's feeling better.
Trash and recyclables taken up to the cans at the road and set out, mail collected.
Scheduled another bill for payment which came in the mail today.
Stuff put away and garage closed up.
Time for a shower and then kick back and enjoy the evening.
Hope everyone had a great day ...
