Final prep of the Studio. Get dishes, small appliances, etc situated. Try for a nice set of updated pics. Pedro, first tenant arrives later this afternoon. He is building a house up the end of our road. A bamboo kit house.
Sophie has ophthalmologist follow up early afternoon. Hoping for good news.

Yup, I’ve done both. Luckily I saw the hoses before they got damaged.

Good Morning All,
i had some tractor time levelling the driveway the other day... pot holes be gone. I love love the boxblade.
Hoping to buy pallet forks this year.
Not much tractor time lately because 1) busy with tax season "crunch time" 2) dislocated shoulder injury recovery - slow process 3) 10 days ago, I fell down directly on my tailbone, badly bruised or broken / very sore (ouch) - tough to sit.
Wanted to say hi

Just got off the phone with the deputy, and I'm being served with small claims paperwork from the solar contractor. This should be good.
