Means getting picked up in Trenton NJ later tomorrow night, and that area is sure no garden spot.

snow showers at home this morning but going up to 41 at least so it will melt.

I've had a lot of fun here but time to go home. Friend's wife flew home yesterday, 2 hours and a bit and under 100 bucks into West Trenton on Frontier. Wish I liked flying but I don't, so.....

Good Morning.
It’s 30 with a high of 37 for today. Then the temp takes a dive for the rest of the week with snow on Friday and Saturday.

Yesterday started with plowing the driveway, then swapping the blade for a loader bucket to load manure. I got about 10 loads spread, but the top 1/2” of the ground was thawing in the sunlight, and got to be slippery just at the bin, where it was heavily trafficked and the tractor was pushing. No issue with the spreader though.
Put the bucket away and the snow plow back on, backed the tractor inside so it’s ready for the end of the week. Puttered. In the shop for a while and then it was dinner time. Wife came home with 2 London Broils, they were buy one get one free.
I took one and rubbed it with coarse ground sea salt and coarse ground pepper, put it in a 200 degree oven until it was 120 inside.
Let it sit while the grill got up to temp and seared it outside on the hot grill. Came out great, but definitely not plant based, unless grass fed counts…..

We had a nice relaxing dinner, and had everything cleaned up in time to watch another runaway game of Jeopardy.

Today will likely be breakfast with the professor, followed by more make work for the TSA and FAA. It is amazing how much compliance work I have to do for such a small company.

11°F and clear skies this morning, going up to 27° today. Down into the mid- single digits overnight tonight.

We haven't noticed any disruption in cat food supplies, as we get ours delivered from Chewy.com. We have, however, noticed that the OTC cough and cold remedies are in short supply around here. Wife has been having a hard time finding Hall's cough drops. She found one bag of Ricola, but doesn't like them as well as Hall's. First World problems, I suppose.

Have a safe trip home, Drew. Never been to Trenton NJ. However, the small town we live just four miles from is it's namesake. It's not a bad place at all, even at night.
I have been to Newark. I'll be kind and just say it wasn't my favorite city to visit.

Amazing how bad it is, probably only second to Camden as most likely place to get shot in NJ.

Though Philly is trying to take the prize for the region it seems :-(

FWIW, I was advised by my pharmacist when I got the booster that if I started getting any arm pain or "fluey" feeling, to take two Tylenol and drink a bottle of water, then follow with another bottle. Said the hydration helps. I did wake up the next morning with a pretty good arm pain. Followed his directions and within a half hour was fine.

Hope you feel better quickly.

Good morning! 44˚F cloudy, NW wind heading to the mid 50s.
Yesterdays Egore session was uneventful as it should be but I almost got handled when I only flexed 126˚ (lost 4˚ ) but the second attempt put me back at 130˚ and Egore was content I was not regressing but maintaining at least 130˚. I was going to try a third attempt to go higher but then reality hit me and I need to let the sleeping dog lie, and save it for Wednesday. In the afternoon completed my 5/2 (5mile bike 2 mile walk).

Ron it takes me 21 minutes to do 5 miles, I'm on mid-upper range on the tension and doing 60 RPM.

Mostly, your post for last night disappeared. It was right before David's post on Makani's cut and I was going to answer your question but forgot what it was this morning. My knee does swell after activity. When riding the bike I do try to move the seat closer to the pedals once or twice during the 20 minute ride so the knee will flex in more. Today marks the 6th week since my surgery, My blood supply should be back to normal and full speed ahead on recovery. I also got the bill that the insurance paid. The knee was $50K and the installation was $100K. The Physical Therapy bill has not been sent in.

Buckeye, your reaction to the full dose sounds just like my reaction to the first dose of Moderna. The covid cases went down yesterday to around 600 from 1700 Friday. The count later this week will determine if we have hit the peak, Monday is usually an off day as the weekend count usually takes two days to show on the Countie's web site.

I Made an appointment for the oil change on the Kia since I still have some coupons from when I bought the car and the first appointment available was 3 weeks out, part of the labor shortage I guess.

I work in north St. Louis city. The crime rate here is always at or near the top of the FBI list every year. However, it seems last year they dipped just below 200 homicides for the first time in awhile. I sometimes think St. Louis and Detroit relish their ongoing battle for deadliest city every year.

I do 5 miles in just under 20 minutes usually. However when I get too engrossed in YouTube videos I slow down.
