Good evening all. 65F for the start, fog/drizzle, calm wind, 1.7 inch in rain gauge. Light wind day, overcast till fog lifted then mostly clear, high temp 79F, DP 66F. Plan A was to bike rid first then chainsaw on wood pile, road were wet so resharpened chainsaw and went to work after lunch. Got some choke cherry down that died in Feb. freeze and worked on wood pile, chain better but not good. Did get nap in.
Covid update: Cooke 4103 confirmed cases, 34 active cases, Montague 2571 confirmed cases, 30 active cases, Grayson, 15,975 confirmed cases, 221 active cases. Cooke 10, Montague 4, Grayson 40, new cases. Grayson number still don't add up
Doug hope it does not get too wild.

Ron nice headlights on Mule. nice squirrel pic
Drew hope errands and shoulder doc visit go well.
Bird hard to believe you only got a .5 inch rain.
Mike good to hear elbow is better, have fun with walnuts
Ken hope transition to new group goes smoothly. nice pic
Paul hope computer will run W10 ok, I always prefer a clean install, since W10 does not use MBR.
RNG sorry about the weather seals on van, nice to have choices when riding :)
Don saved the link from the video, will watch later. Nice rain amount. Good luck in tournament.
PJ hope you need the rain. I don't remember SolidWorks as all that friendly from a support standpoint, many reasons to not upgrade OS, good software companies keep links to older versions.
Drew depends on how fine you really need to filter. The finer the filter the harder to push stuff through it. great pic

Dennis good looking pot :)

I wouldn’t know.

Was surprised how solid the wood was on the dead tree top I cut. Make good firewood. Think I might saw and split some up to take on camping trips.

good morning all
very nice day ahead, warming up to 82 degrees in sunshine. That should feel very nice.

And I have a busy day planned. First food shopping, then trip to nursery to get pachysandra, then another quote on the truck rust repair, and finally lunch with a friend
at a new Jewish deli in Stockton NJ, right across the River from here. Apparently well received, am told there are lines out the door. I looked at the menu, awfully expensive with range
of sandwiches from 14 to 20 dollars. But ok for a treat lunch out. Likely to get lean pastrami/corned beef sandwich with mustard. 3 dollars extra for "lean". ? Since this meat gets awfully fatty,
probably a good option. I guess 20 bucks for a reuben sandwich is NYC prices. Ken, what's a good sandwich go for downtown?

weather is really going to change this weekend and Sunday morning down in the 40s. I sent a reminder to the caretaker at church to please turn the heat on. Rain and thunderstorms coming
in Sat afternoon with a cold front behind it.

be well and happy

Coffee is brewing. 58° with some light rain this morning. Heading to 61° with continued rain. .55" rain of since yesterday evening. Got all 2 and 4 headlights switch working on mule. Sure is bright even with just 2 lights on. The OEM lights were terrible and used a lot of amps. After lunch it was still very nice outside. Mowed grass again. Made some brackets for neighbor to mount LED lights on his tractor ROPS.
PT this morning. I did get barn cleaned up. But still need to get that done in garage and shop. That should fill today's time.
Some leaves are starting to change color close to house.

Don, sorry I did not get any pictures while I was out with Mule yesterday evening. Forgot phone. Rain all day today. For those who want to know what I used for lights. Nilight LED lights. I have use this brand for years with good results.

Drew, You do not have to go downtown to get prices and sandwiches for $20. The French Laundry in Fenton, MI has those prices. It's walking distance from my sons house. They are lined up on weekends to get in. I see they have changed their name. The food is still great.

David, always good to help neighbors. Especially those that help you. 🤠

Everyone stay safe and healthy.

Good Morning All.

Drew, You do not have to go downtown to get prices and sandwiches for $20

Ron, for sure, their reuben is 21 bucks, a dollar more...
nice menu, I like the soup and half a sandwich for 15.

I'm always curious as to how a restaurant positions itself.
Do they offer any entrees at a lower cost? If the cheapest sandwich is 14 bucks and the cheapest dinner
is 28, seems they are sending a certain message, and for sure increasing the expectation of something special
worth all that money.

After a full year here I have my first house guests coming in two weeks. And they are true foodies.
Luckily there are many good restaurants around here. Trying to coordinate a dinner party with them
another night with two other couples, all of us high school buddies.
First time in a long time I'll be at a table with 7 old friends. We are all vaccinated and will all mask until we get to
the table. Then I think an adequate supply of wine will provide all necessary disinfection...

The sandwiches are so large I need someone to share it with. My Grand Kids always fill that position. Hard to find something we both like.
