I was a lot closer and never felt a thing. We had the tsunami warnings and a lot of people in targeted low lying coastal areas moved to higher ground. The only effects we had were small tidal surges in some harbours but no reports of damage.

I'm glad there was no major tidal surge. I heard on the news that most of the boat owners raced out to deeper seas. Hope the weather was nice for a fishing trip.

It costs me about $700 for the privilege of have our passengers go through the lobby at Signature BWI, I just checked, today’s fuel price there is $8.43 for Jet A (kerosene). So they ought to make it easy for you. You generally get what you pay for, I’ll never complain about signature service, just their predatory pricing.

Can’t you fill a couple of Jerry cans at the local WaWa and take them with you? LOL

Stopped by vehicle emissions test twice this week, first time long line so I left. Tonight the machine wasn’t working. Course, no out of service sign, everyone has to try it to find out.

Thankfully our area is still a non emissions testing zone.

A very raw and windy day, miserable outside.
Looks like TSC is going to have to get a copy of the c/o from Coleman, they say it’ll take 3-4 days, we will see.

I ended up going to the doctor today, my left index finger has varying degrees of sore and swollen, the distal interphalangeal joint I’m told, the one nearest the tip. No redness but some heat and very sore. No signs of a puncture or cut but got a tetanus shot anyway as it had been many years since my late wife gave me my last one. I also got antibiotics. If it doesn’t improve by mindy I have to get an X ray. That took up a chunk of the day.

I made chicken fajitas for dinner, I threw in mushrooms for the heck of it, that and Mexican rice made for a really good dinner.

Buppies I’m glad your getting a shot, I hope everyone that’s willing gets it soon.

Tried to mail a box that came to me with cans of Gunk engine degreaser in it, and the PO clerk wouldn't accept it because the marks on the outside of the box didn't match what was inside of it. Had to go back out into the parking lot, take the box apart and turn it inside out, then use their tape to hold it all together. What a mess. Then another clerk wouldn't accept the pre-printed shipping label provided by ebay, saying it wouldn't cover the postage. Ended up costing me fourteen dollars to return a twenty dollar item, plus the five bux the ebay ticket cost me. Good thing money grows on trees around here.

Does it seem like there is a problem with the Post Office? Might be disgruntled employees. Might be incompetent managment. I don't know.
