Good afternoon all, was 25 going up to 34 and sunny.
Spent all morning pushing over snowbanks and finished clearing neighbors driveway to garage door.

LS - hope the closing happens soon, I had to project manage bank/title. etc. to get my closing done and only a few weeks late, would have been months they way they were going. Sorry about the tank, more $$...

Still showing some snow/rain Fri, and snow Sunday. but seems like only a few inches, not the repeat storm they were talking about.

David -seems the wifes eyes are still improving - good to hear
PopG - you ok, falling not good. MeriCrusher - looks like a fun toy-could use that on my "to be" trails.
Randy - good to hear checkup went well
Rich - good to hear you are getting back to normal.

Need to get Diesel and some wings for the SB.

Stay safe and be well. Watch the ice, no involuntary ice skating.

Beautiful place to live Thomas. I would be most comfortable there. Can you shoot and play loud music anytime and pee of the porch without bothering anyone?:D

Thanks for the nice comment and most of all welcome to GM.
Can only do 1 out of 3 you mention...whew...no solicitors or noisy people welcome just good friends and all wildlife.

Do you live where there 5 seasons?...5th we call mud season comes after winter. ;)

I got lucky today, well and unlucky too. I acquired a Springfield 30.06 with a sweet scope, and a Remington 12 ga pump, both in near perfect condition. Also a pump BB gun. I don’t know exactly what the scope is, but for what I paid I wasn’t going to ask questions. Death in the family three years ago and they couldn’t open the gun safe. They got a locksmith to get it open and said they hoped to get enough out of them to pay the bill. There were seven other rifles and shotguns still there, all in excellent condition. I already had three rifles and a .410 that was mom’s. I didn’t need these but I couldn’t walk away.
The unlucky was me trying to put the land plane on the three point on uneven ground. After an hour I came in and ordered a quick hitch, which I should have bought with the tractor but didn’t.

I kinda teased the ophthalmologist yesterday that I didn’t know the protocol whether we were expected to bring a gift to celebration her 1 year anniversary since 1st appointment.

At least he chuckled and smiled.

Wx station back up but not sure what the problem. Console was reading data , but no internet transmission. Changed the batteries and did a couple resets. Ethernet connections were fine. Was beginning to think maybe the IP data logger had gone bad. Wife happy it’s back up.

Not a good attitude from a contractor. Did you say before you were coding test scripts with python ? If you are not running in a virtual enviroment, I know what fun it can be getting scripts going on different machines with missing packages/modules/paths to interpreter etc. Best of luck, after seeing a few screen shots I am sure you will soon sort them out.

Not a virtual environment

Buckeye, I remember some of those contractor events. Not having to deal with them anymore after retirement. :cool2:
.

I can’t wait.

Don, that looks like a Rick-sized brush pile at your park. Will they burn it, or just let it rot/compost? That's how I do mine. I lay brush on top of logs placed to create wildlife homes for rabbits and foxes...unfortunately the skunks found them, too. The foxes will sometimes tunnel underneath them and within several years the brush rots and makes a great organic soil additive. Of course, we have more rain, so our decomposition will be faster here.

I also pile brush up, it seems to rot pretty fast. Last year after getting the grapple I moved a bunch to the old mill race down in my woods. Still got a pile of rotted stuff from underneath I need to move with the bucket. Course I broke an old bottle in there somewhere so hope no flat tires, part of reason I hesitate to move it. I should have gotten out of tractor and got the bottle when I first saw it.
