Good morning. It's a balmy 63° this morning and our high should be around 77° this afternoon. We're expecting another "cooler" front by late afternoon with high winds and down to 37° tomorrow morning .. 34° on Christmas Day.

This is Wednesday for most folks but .. for us .. it's "FRYDAY" .. at OVFD. We start frying at around 8 a.m., distribution of Berdoll Pecan Pies at noon, and Turkeys out by 2 p.m. All the fryers will be socially distanced .. of course .. AND .. we'll have our Polaris Ranger brush rig, with foam capability, on standby .. JIC.

We've now raised right at 50% of the funding for our new VFD Building and today's proceeds will add another 2-3% to the total. We're hoping for a couple of "year end" larger donations to come thru in next few days.

I was on the backside of our small tank Monday afternoon and with no wind .. got the mirror effect.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 33ｰ with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 48 with cloudy skies and winds. Got a landscape like fixed. Installed a new GFI plug in bathroom for Bidet that has been on an extension cord for several years. Was not too bad climbing inside vanity cabinet to pull wires and cut holes for box.
Furnace guy was out again. He measured furnace. New board to repair furnace is over $800. Warranty is looking at replacing furnace instead of repairing a 20 year old one. I am OK with either option. Current furnace looks and test like new. Was top of the line when I bought it. Still toasty warm with gas logs in wood stove and forcing furnace to run every few hours. Neighbor offered his supply of fire wood if I want to change over to wood.
Not sure what I will get done today. Maybe conserve energy.

Phil, nice looking garage. I have 6.5' Curtis snow plow on my B2910. Sometimes I wish it had a cab.

LS, waiting on table saw report/picture. Mine has some rust. Needs cleaning.

Dftodd, congratulation on soon to be born Grandbaby. My wife's birthday was 12/11. She said that she always got shorted on gifts. I always made sure both got celebrated equally.

Don, my concern about the shot is waiting in line for my turn. Some of the places here are going to be drive threw. What if you had a bad reaction as you are driving away?

Well we had some good news today. Grandbaby is gonna be here for Christmas doctors decided to go ahead and induce labor on our daughter. Baby should be here tomorrow

Really sucks that with covid going on, we can't go see our daughter at the hospital to be there for her first.

I did the reservoir cap replacement some time ago. This one was on the reservoir itself. Seems .. they got a batch that the lower outlet was mis-formed in the molding process reducing flow. Mine checked out fine.

The ZT's, with rear discharge .. are more subject to overheating if you don't keep the radiator clean, than the side discharge decks.

My Radiator Genie ($Cha Ching$) makes quick work of keeping the radiator clear. Works great on both tractors as well.

Okay, got it. I like the new logo for $Cha Ching$ with the dollar signs framing it.

Good morning. It's 43ｰ here and socked in with fog. The forecast is for 73ｰ this afternoon.

The Kubota ZT checked out fine yesterday, at the dealer, so kept on moving. I got my gas cans filled, picked up some hardware items for a project, and stopped at H‑E‑B for a few items and returned to a very nicely cleaned house.

When the fog clears .. I'm heading to Columbus for a much needed haircut .. then to Weimar for feed.

Still have a few gifts to wrap this afternoon and pies to bake tomorrow .. after the "Great Turkey Fry".
