Good morning folks

28 now high in the mid 30’s and sunny today.

Pick up grocery and meat order this morning.
Run the generator for a bit today just in case Friday’s winds knock out power, I hope not.

Rick - Happy Festivus to you and yours as well.

Stay safe and healthy
Enjoy your day everyone

My wife really like the idea of a VFD turkey fry. Hope it goes well.

If it does .. we'll probably add "smoked turkeys" to our offering next time.

We hope to be back on schedule for our annual Chicken Fried Steak dinner, raffle, live / silent auction .. fund raiser the first weekend in May. That's usually good for $60K+ in proceeds.

28 and pink sky, going to 52. Should be a nice day before another flood tomorrow.

Phil, nice blade, but really like that Mustang looking nice and cozy in the garage.

Hope everything goes smoothly on the new baby, df.

Roasted two more batches yesterday (Congo and Java) so I've bagged 5 different coffees for my son and his girlfriend. Should last them a while.

Got a nice hike in yesterday...saw a mom with twin 12 year old boys, excited about seeing coyote scat on the trail, and my sighting of one.

Chrysler Crossfire SRT supercharged roadster. My go fast buggy.

you've got the "good one"
Chrysler AMG...

Chrysler had some real duds in their specialty cars, like the Maserati mess they came up with, but this was the good one.
German built, plenty of power, rare and nice looking.
Chrysler was in to overstatement, but not all of us wanted Corinthian leather and padded roofs.
But an American version of the Mercedes SLK? Oh yes.
very nice

Good Morning. It’s 28 heading to low 40’s with mostly clear skies.

Here’s the pictures that didn’t post yesterday-

It looks the same today, as it only got some sanding done yesterday. I did start on the crossover, but then shifted gears.

I was able to get the parts for the master cylinder and reassemble it, but it’s not installed yet. Delivered some baked goods while I was out chasing parts.

Today will be more deliveries and hopefully some wrapping.

Drew, good call on the Crossfire.

Ron, it would be nice to reset the life clock on your furnace, the heat exchangers have a finite number of heat/cool cycles until they crack.

My go to for cleaning rusty iron parts is scotch brite and WD40.it works pretty well and makes no dust.

That looks like a Ford commercial...
Happy Frying.

Paul, how do you "tune" the ports in those speakers?
do you use insulation inside?
I'm assuming the ports have the most to do with bass and midrange while the tweeters
do their own thing.
Do you build your crossovers from scratch or buy assembled tunable ones?

Good morning, the temperature is 18° and going to 34. Wind ESE 14 mph. Snow.
a special weather statement, with values changed to real numbers;
5:00 AM EST Wednesday 23 December 2020
Special weather statement in effect for:

North Bay - Powassan - Mattawa
West Nipissing - French River

Snow this morning, followed by rain tonight and then potentially significant snowfall Christmas Day.

A band of snow will move across the areas this morning. After this initial band of snow, relatively dry conditions can be expected through the rest of the day. Rain is forecast to begin tonight ahead of an approaching low pressure system. This rain will then transition to light snow Thursday afternoon or Thursday evening. A few centimetres (inches) of snowfall accumulation will be possible by Christmas morning.

Then Christmas Day, a new low pressure system is forecast to track northward towards the area, spreading heavy snow ahead of it. Snowfall accumulations in the 5 to 15 cm (2-6") range will be possible, before a potential transition to ice pellets or freezing rain. Several hours of ice pellets or freezing rain may occur before the precipitation gradually tapers off Friday night.

Snowfall Warnings may be required at a later time.

We got about 4" over night. I will plow today after I try to set up my RR track on the back blade.

Back into town today and get some fresher/ brussels sprouts, IF there are any.

We got lazy yesterday and had take out Chinese food. Lemon chicken is one of my favourites. Only because this shop doesn't do Kung-Pow hot chicken. There are no stray cats hanging around the shop, and that is how I 'think' it is real chicken.

Picked up a 26er of Baileys Irish Cream, which I like about as much as Drambuie, but way better than white wine. Step Son and D-I-L like the wine.

I really like the reflection pictures.

Have a safe day all
