Morning was good until air temp started to climb quickly around 11am,even got the front field mowed and gave mower darn good cleaning,afternoon was snail mode.
Notice down the road neighbor security outside light came on hmmm wonder if Boo on his way to visit.

The study is about Afib but having it is not asked. Why did you get turned down? There are only 3 qualifications, age, iphone, and regular Medicare. Or are you saying you were placed in the 1/3 part of the study with no watch?

Good evening all. 76F for the start, mostly clear sky, light breeze. Light wind today, sky did not cloud up as much as yesterday, and high temp was 93F feels like was 101F. Chapel this morning followed by wife's breakfast, she wanted scrambled eggs instead of hot cereal. Cleaned up boat's interior, put anchor away, played with fish finder/GPS, and then did bike maintenance on Volagi and Peugeot and removing lights, clipless pedals, handlebar bottle cage from 10-speed.

When a laid in bed I got a sharp pain in my left arm shoulder area, no idea what I did to it. Sitting up it is fine and I can move my arm any way without pain. Lay down, sharp pain. I slept awhile on my back.
