Mine was $110-$125 with two phones.

Correction, wife says it was $90-$100.

Ours was right around $125 ... but that included the cost of two iPhone 6’s.

After those were paid off, the bill dropped to around $90.

Randy, do you get other services from Comcast such as internet, voice phone, or cable? I'm trying to find a $15/month per phone price, and not yet successful. Our Republic Wireless bill is about $70, for 3 phones (we bought), unlimited calls and text, 1 gig data per month. $5/per extra gigs. We rarely need extra.

I made 2 designs of teflon compression rings to try on the buzz bomb. One with a tapered thinner lip that contacts the walls.

RNG, you look a mess. Throw those clothes in a hole and bury them near a garden that needs FeO2... You could weld in some angle iron at the corners. Inside or out. I'm not sure how long fiberglass will hold against the pressure, before it leaks. Hopefully long.

Good evening all. 76F, clear sky, light breeze. Light wind today, clouds built up but no rain here, and high temp was 95F, feels like 104F. Went fishing this morning, landed 2 nice bluegill, hooked a nice bass, he got off the hook when I got him close to boat. I never caught large mouth with surface fishing and water temps in the 80's( 86F today). Fly rod technique needs practice lost some good strikes. Did get a nap in this afternoon.

That is only the amount that shoots up that high on top of the weather station. The ground gets about 3/4"

Does anybody get their Wet Bulb Globe Temperature reading locally through the internet? Maybe the national weather station? I can't find one for this state.

My Weather station has been reporting between 74˚ and 78˚ the last two days. The charts say that activity should stop outside if it gets to 89˚ WBGT

73 outside this AM. High heading to upper 80's. Looks like the heat wave record is over. Have four piles of branches that need to be moved today. The walnut branch yielded some nice pieces for the pool fire pit. On the porch, I have osb up, and was wondering if I should use foam board over that. I probably will as I need to go to HD for some more screws anyway. Plus, maybe a person knows when some PT wood will show up.

Hope all have a good weekend, be safe.

I was at the dealer about 4 weeks ago and they had a grapple for my little tractor that used linear actuators. It was very fast and rated for the same loads as the hydraulic unit for $1000 less and no power beyond needed. Got me thinking.
Very intriguing Randy, who makes that ?

Good morning all. 21C/70F with 72% humidity at 10:00am and no wind to deter the cloud of flies which accompanied me around the fields. Fortunately they were all curious instead of ravenous.

Couldn't find any Wet Bulb Globe Temperature in our forecasts Don, you are still the WBGT trailblazer.

Roy, lets hope no news is good news.

Mixed feeling about the demise of Briggs &Stratton. Have a 30 year+ engine still running brilliantly, 6 year old V Twin has been recurring trouble.

Kyle, thanks for showing the milling pics.
Hope that was CNC driving X&Y axis or without a rotary table you will have used up your next 3 months patience quota. :)

Mostly, bet you can't wait to try the fly rod again, missing bites is addictive - only thing not hooked is the fish.

Eased myself steadily into retirement projects yesterday afternoon by doing nothing other than replacing a broken door handle catch on a pair of internal double doors. Had bought an "identical" replacement made by same manufacturer, so only a ten minute job - except it did not fit. They had changed casting and added a couple of mm. Decided wood chisels needed sharpening first, then discovered extension lead needed to power up the linisher had gone walkabout. Rain came down hard while I was retrieving it from tractor shed, so messed around in there for some time while it eased. With a sharp chisel the catch was soon in place, but now the screwdriver had gone missing. Thinking I must have taken it with me into the workshop, I searched in there for quite a while with no luck, finally located back in the house by the doors - someone had covered it with a magazine that had arrived in the post. By then the daylight had all but been lost to dark clouds, so I needed reading glasses to continue, now where did I last use them - back to the workshop.... :mur:

Maybe I need to accept that time plays by different rules during retirement, or should I just give in and surrender the rest of my life to daytime tv
