Muggy 74 going to 92, hoping we beat the 40% odds and get some rain.

Eric, my youngest son has been playing some fortnite, so maybe your 9 year old has seen his game. I've enjoyed watching my son play the game through the TV, so can see the attraction.

Didn't do any real work yesterday, but took a 3.6 mile hike and cooked on the grill. Can't believe Joey Chestnut ate 75 hot dogs yesterday (in 10 minutes). Enjoyed watching all the different types of military aircraft flying over DC on TV as part of the celebration.

61F morning clouds upper 80's for high.

Outside chores done E muffin time. :licking:
While doing chores this morning notice Doe standing in front field than all of sudden fawn went sped by the Doe,little fawn trying out it's new legs with some showing off :laughing:fawn was rewarded with mom breakfast.
Plans for today...quick trip Home Depot,spots back drag driveway,Mrs. would like boat ready soon to do some fishing so that should chew up some putter time

Drinking first cup of coffee. 54° with mostly clear skies this morning. Heading to 91° with plenty of sunshine. I finally got some sleep after 12 pm. Fireworks! Dog were OK. Muffin cannot hear it. Sassy is not bothered by it yet. Got red painted on most of the barn yesterday. I will only go up on a 8' ladder. So anything above that height is not going to get painted by me. Takes a 20' ladder to reach that top. Today I will do red paint on west end of barn with 8' ladder. Then do white trim on doors. Painter that was going to quote is not available until late August. Hope someone volunteers before then.

Good morning! 63 now, 91 later. The high yesterday was 89, but felt higher. Got fried again. Going to try to stay in the shade today, doubt that works.

On the 2nd cup of coffee. First cup went down way too easy.

We live far enough from civilization that we saw no fireworks last night, heard some in the distance. Sunset was awesome, should have gotten a pic, but was too relaxed to come in the house and grab the phone.

I agree...I'll be contacting Ruger on this. A .300BLK rifle needs a dedicated .300BLK magazine...and Magpul makes them.
IMHO, Ruger is begging for a lawsuit by providing this magazine with the rifle.
Just ordered 2 dedicated .300 BLK (10 round) magazines, but I will be contacting Ruger

Good Morning! 77 with 30% chance of rain. We sure could use some. Looks like there is a possibility over the next few days. Fingers crossed.

Since our washing machine gave it up, I'll be heading to a local laundromat in a couple hours. I think that'll be it today...

I was just looking online for ammo.it pretty scarce again.........
