Good morning!!!!

Got the deer fence up around the garden, so chilling on the porch. Overcast sky, 68° slight breeze. Light rain this morning, but garden dirt is dry.

Streaming Worship went well this morning, normally would be at evening worship now, but only having 1 a week for now.

A nap developed after lunch, wife made chicken corn chowder.

My sister finally declared Covid recovered. Their county now has over 50 cases, at least one nursing home got it, starting to get deaths from that already.
FIL not improving, still in hospital.

Need to order more groceries soon, been a couple weeks or more.

Glad for sister, hope FIL gets better.

New Dentist routine.
1. call from parking lot when arriving. Will call you when to come in,
2. wear face mask (you are given one if you come in without one)
3. sanitize hands
4. use pen in sanitize jar and the put it in dirty jar when finished
5. sit in waiting room by yourself till called
6. dental hygienist wears mask face shield and gloves - never see her face.
7. you finally get to take off your face mask to get x-rayed.
8. Rinse mouth with hydrogen peroxide solution.
9. Teeth cleaned and then checked by dentist - can't see his face either.
10. leave $99 (what a deal) ((I had one of their first visit coupons)) (((no added $50 or $20 sanitization fee like other dentist)))

Mostly with all the sunshine and low humidity, 25%, things are dry again, tractor day scheduled for tomorrow.

Sure hope that's not the new "normal" for long...

Ron, beautiful picture. I like the sheetmetal surrounding the bird house entry hole.

RNG, all you had to do is be in the middle of some construction....and it would gullywash. Remember that.

Drew, hope you're getting "patched up"....and that your not in too much pain.

My green 'maters are about 2.5" diameter.

Weather wise this is a strange year. we have gone from a record breaking wet winter to the sunniest April and the dry spell is now making itself noticed in the fields. Grass growth has slowed right down and areas which were until recently under water now have deep cracks.

Phil your knot man should have anyone queuing behind you smiling.

Ken, I thought your visitor looked more like a deer fawn than a fox cub, maybe I should wear glasses more often :).

PJ, a bit of reading suggests your Gitane TDF would have a brazed double butted Reynolds 531 frame. Modern fatter frames may be lighter, but the sight of a skinny steel bike with neatly curved forks still does it for me and reminds me of the time when I once enjoyed going uphill more than down the other side.

RS, sounds like you have a very good dealer for your Kubota parts, makes a big difference to contented ownership.

BEF always good to see your dad. How is he getting on with isolation ?

Good morning, the temp is 47°F and going to a high of 66. Wind ENE 14 gusting to 20 mph. Sunny!

Back to the grind (work). I found out that the first load is a part load (that is all they need) for that job. I will take them a full load +/- and they can carry the rest to Souix Lookout. I will deadhead to Thunder Bay and load there for S-L.

It will be nice to see some of my old friends (fellow truckers) from Winnipeg,MB that I haven't seen since last summer. We all hang around the same truck stop.

Mostly, I don't want to get a haircut, not one and certainly not all of them.:D
I like my hair long, I tie it back into a ponytail when I am at work and my days off I let it all hang out.

I will get on here whenever I can, but that wont be every day that is for sure.

Have a safe and healthy day all

58 outside this AM, heading to upper 60's. Under a big grey sky. And it will remain that way...probably till the w/e.

Daughter out of isolation, returning to work this weekend in out-patient services.

Hair is officially beyond gruffy looking. Is now below earlobes.

Remainder of parts, armrests, and attachments, toothbar, rake are showing up tomorrow for wife's tractor. Yippie.

Still need to finish grass - weed whacking.

Mostly - Pool is not heated, sits in the sun all day, so it only takes a day or two, to be swimming. LOL.

Hope all have a good day. Be safe. Extra prayers for Drew.

Poured first cup of coffee. 52° with light rain this morning. Heading to 67° with some clearing in pm. Over 2" of rain last 2 days. Need to get my manual gauge put out. Got shelf cut, sanded and primed. Hope to get it painted today. Flail blades have been changed. Need things to dry up some so I can cut field. May do some trimming in afternoon.
Early morning love birds.

Drew, special prayers sent.

Don, you are getting more tractor time than me. Good dentist report. My cleaning for Thursday has been canceled. Until???????????

RS, got the numbers for bushings? I think we have same tractor.

Riptides, good news on DD.

Looking, have a great summer.

Phil, better knots than I tie. I was a Eagle Scout.

David, virtual happy hour? Videos of people consuming their favorite adult beverage.

Thomas, lots of firewood. I should fire up my wood stove this year. I always liked it's heat.

Ken, have not seen any fawns here yet. But people are posting pictures of them at park a couple miles from me.

Randy, did you get upholstery job done yet? How about those El Camino pictures?

Buckeye, putting metal on front of hole saves the wood. I had a birdhouse I scrapped this year. Hole was still correct size after 10 years.

Everyone be safe and healthy.

Good Morning All.
