67 degrees this morning, going for a mostly cloudy 85. I did just a little string trimming on the yard first thing this morning. Then I went online and ordered a little more than $50 worth of groceries to pick up tomorrow, but naturally they didn't have everything I needed.

So I went to Home Depot for couple of things, then to another Walmart for a couple more things. Both Home Depot and Walmart were doing a considerable amount of business. And in each of them, about half the employees and about half the customers (including me) were wearing masks.

Incidentally, one of our members here on TBN mailed a couple of masks to me quite some time ago. I haven't posted anything about that so far simply because I don't know whether he'd want his name mentioned, but he was certainly appreciated. And he can respond here if he so wishes, or remain anonymous.

Yikes! That’s why you do not eat animals that eat animals (besides viruses contamination).
My body value has been reclassified to herbivore, according to the soylent green index. That will bring extra $$$$$.

Selling your body, Don???

35 and frost, not as heavy as last one. Should see 69 and less wind, finally.
Here's the bear when it came last week.

A clear and sunny 26ºF for today’s low temperature with 0.25” of snow on the ground. It was good to see Mr. Hummingbird at the feeders in the dawn’s early light. A clear and sunny 48ºF presently although it feels a lot colder in the 19mph wind gusts. Hopefully it will reach the mid50ºF’s later this PM and I will probably be seeing another subfreezing early morning temperature tomorrow AM. The NWS issued a Freeze Warning for this area tomorrow AM. I was walking the lower perimeter with Brogen as the sun was rising. He’s still thrown out of whack with his daily routines.

Thanks for the +’s. They are appreciated. I’ll be able to view the ultrasound from a patient portal that I have set up. We’ll see. If I stop drinking I also have to essentially stop taking insulin as I go seriously hypoglycemic (like 43) without the empty calories = lots of blood sugar testing.

The liver ultrasound prodding and probing went as expected. The hospital was essentially empty in the main corridors with chairs arranged to maintain +6’ social distancing. My cloth facemask met the hospital staff’s approval. For the supermarket run I put on my StarWars® attire (with sunglasses). The grocery store was fairly empty; the other customers had little difficulty avoiding me. I was able to get everything that We wanted excepting corn starch? The meat stocks seems fairly plentiful with decent selections/cuts available Very little paper products, no disinfecting wipes.

I am happy that you Texans were not impacted by those tornadoes.

Eric- I hope that you had a productive day fishing.

Kyle- I’ve saw Taj Mahal several times in concert. He was born in Springfield,MA. He is/was one of my favorite recording artists. Thanks for sharing

Billy- That’s a nice size bear. Our feeder raider is about the same size.

“.. RNG, I know you wont believe me but black bears are more afraid of us than we are of them. They will avoid any and all human contact. Of course this theory goes right out the window if momma bear has cubs and you get between them and her.”- Bill I agree.

RNG- It looks like your project is coming together. I look forward to ore pictures of your project.

RonJH- Nice flight, nice property over which to fly. Thanks for the pictures and the jelly recommendation. I thought about those jelly feeders, but they get pretty liquidity in Summer’s heat. I did order a nectar only feeder to go with the orange/fruit holder.

I hope that everyone is having a decent day.

My + thoughts, wishes, and prayers.

Selling your body, Don???

When I no longer need it, I think the government is supposed to take it to make process Soylent Green in the year 2020 and that date is
quickly approaching (date of the movie). People are paying a premium for extra for grass fed organic cattle so I suspect plant based derived protein is preferred over animal fed animal sources of protein. How else will people get their veggies?
I'm a secondhand vegetarian. Cows eat grass, I eat cows. Funny T-Shirt shirt!

Ok going off the deep end, been smelling to many fumes from my sour dough starter which has been forming for the last week.
With the sourdough ready to bake my first attempt will be sourdough Jalapeño bread sticks and sourdough cinnamon raisin rolls.

Jay, not having liver and onions for lunch? :D Just kidding, glad your back and can view your results soon.

Kyle saw the Thunderbirds circle the town. IMG_3676.JPGIMG_3680.JPG
The event was about a minute I only got a few seconds to get the pics. They need to slow down. Pic from I35 across from the hospital.

Good luck with your sourdough baking, Don. I used to maintain my own starter and make sourdough bread, but about 30 years ago when we sold the house and became full time RVers, I got rid of my starter and I don't think I've made any sourdough bread since then, although I've sure bought some ready made sourdough bread.
