36F been the high for today along with gusty winds and on/off snow showers.

Got call from local bread store distributor saying we have 24 loafs bread 10 boxes donuts 18 boxes cookies other assorted goodies all out dated,critter going to eat well the next couple of weeks.
No outside work today for old man winter decided to spend the afternoon.
Guess I better start rattling some pots and pans mess the counters making tonight dinner.

I/We can relate. Our latest Chinese curbside pickup has lasted us 3 meals and 1 lunch. The turkey breast that I smoked will give us a week's worth of meals, couple of sandwiches for lunch, and I'll make a lot of stock with the carcass.

Food-wise we are in excellent shape so far.

Thomas- Thanks for sharing your snow picture. I was surprised to see that .5" this AM. 36ºF has been our high temperature so far today and with the freakin wind 15mph gusting to 29mph and occasional snow f@rts it is nasty raw outside.

Daughter stopped at Costco on the way home one day this week, said she got most of what was on the list.. except she didn't... wife went this morning and got most of the rest. She was gone longer than expected and told me she ran into a friend in the parking lot of grocery store.. they chatted awhile (practicing social distancing)..

Kroger delivery went good. 2 hours late. But I did not have to leave house. Got all items on list with a couple of substitutes that were excepectable. French Vanilla ice cream instead of Black Cherry. I have lots of Sanders Hot Fudge to put on it.

My wife made homemade hot fudge last night that was really good over ice cream and fudge brownies.
