Thanks for mom’s birthday wishes. I FaceTimed her today but she was not very alert, trouble getting her eyes open, no talking at all. Skin color not good and more weight loss. I would just like to see her again before it’s too late.

Down to 35 already, I’m worried about the flowers the next couple of nights. The ones closest to the house should get heat from the structure, but those away from the house might get bitten.

Sorry about your Mom Randy, hope you get to see her soon.

I'll be very glad when this CV19 stuff is behind us..

Stay safe, prayers for all.

Good evening all. 36F this morning, partly cloudy, light wind. Sky cleared out, moderate wind, and high temp was 61F. Putter this morning, bike ride this afternoon, wife and I made bite sizes meat balls for dinner and took some to stepdaughter's boy friend. No nap today :(
Cooke county still same, Montague county still the same, Grayson county up 2 cases.
Roy too bad you don't have a hot tub.
Eric bet your glad mucking is almost done.
Frank need pics or it did not happen :)
Bill glad trip went well yesterday
Mike does not sound like fun to deal with trees that big.
Thomas thanks for the response, are bear signatures unique at all, like can you tell if it's BooBoo?
Drew sorry about the dizziness.
Don love to hear about cedarcide stories that tree is so invasive. You are likely correct on the masks is mask will do a better job of germ collecting tan protecting the wearer.
Buckeye cool pic
Ron some days are just colder than then thermometer says it is. Nice pic of George.
Rich how late do you usually get snow?
Ken, as far as I am concerned you have earned the vest.
Randy please tel your mom happy birthday for me, hate to hear you cannot go see her. Good luck getting your mowing in.
RS hope nothing critical was left out.
Buckeye good luck getting your order filled. prayers for FIL surgery. Hope you get back in to see your dad soon.
prayers for all
stay safe and healthy.

Not an overly productive day, never even went close to tractor. Freezer was louder than yesterday so pulled front and rear panels, vacuumed. Actually pretty clean, but obvious the clatter was the fan. Wife thinks it is a bit quieter. Got an appointment for Sears to come Monday. I asked that a note to bring a fan be on the truck. But who knows. I know I will not be happy should I lose a freezer full of food. Tempted to order a fan, but it wouldn’t be here by Monday.

IRS refund in bank today, but IRS site says no info available as to my stimulus $. A bit strange as tax refund was direct deposit. I didn’t know IRS had a link to check refund status. Not that I often get one and no need to check years that I pay.

Don, I'm not familiar with it and possibly not considered a Texas "invasive" species. I'd guess it's part of the holly family .. like yaupon, and can be controlled easily with cut stump treatment of triclopyr / diesel. Like yaupon, if you chop it out and don't treat the stumps .. you'll have a real mess .. in a year or two.

If in doubt .. contact your County AgriLife Agent .. they are there to help us .. and always do.

FIL surgery went ok, they removed the tube, put in a temporary drain , and he will be on antibiotics to get rid of the infection before they put a new shunt in. He’s back in the critical care unit.

Meanwhile MD is going to make everyone wear face coverings when you go out. The CDC has done a 180 on their stance about face coverings.

My oldest son came to visit since he has eye appointment in morning. His office is now shut down. He said he will still get paid. He hasn’t been around anyone in about a week.

Forgot, got tractor out to use grapple some. Grabbed the elm stump in wife’s flower bed and it just fell apart. Got most of it. Grabbed a multiflora rose out from under an Apple tree.
Noticed the ground was really too soft and I was making bad tracks so I put the tractor away. Dogwood getting pretty.
