There were a lot of British groups I liked in the 60s and in that time became a huge fan of Eric Clapton still am

The Beatles not so much sacrilege I know. The Dave Clark Five were on one of my favorite lists as well just Petula Clark was first thing that came to my mind. Another favorite was Dave Mason but when Disco came about I got stuck in a rut and kept listening to 60s early 70s music still do

Always been a Dave Mason fan myself, Traffic was a good one, and the Moody Blues...

So much to catch up on.

PJ, hope the car drama ends as well as it can.

Randy, hope Ellen gets mole removed with little to no pain.

Don, do you ever eat that much kale in a day? Our kale must be a short variety. It has not tried to grow very tall.

Saw the kinks in concert. My first real concert to attend.

Ron, nice pics.

Roy, hope the layoff doesn't get you. I'm slow at work right now. Historically, it happens twice a year. I've got a project coming that they are budgeting 480 hours for me. That's a 1/4 of my yearly calendar.

Here's a doctor with a good Youtube channel about covid.

RNG, glad you got new toys. Hope your test comes out good.

Eric, glad you are getting some decent weather.

Take care all, prayers for our team.

TheBritish invasion.... some of my favorite music, some of the greatest artists .... for generations.

Then let me recommend a movie called The Boat That Rocked. It's a comedy that chronicles a weird bit of British history and features a TON of great British rock'n'rolll from that era...

Don, my ejection fraction was in the 35 percent range after my stent but before my surgery. Haven稚 read the latest echo report but it it must be substantially improved based on my improvement overall.

Randy, I know your main problem was your heart valve but your secondly problem was occlusion hence the stent. That is where a plant based diet is important. Dose your cardiac rehab have a teaching class and what do they say about a plant based diet.

That is not heart healthy to my standards. It has added cholesterol (turkey) and fat (canola oil) and dairy (yogurt). You cannot prevent or reverse heart disease with those.

The other day I was in the entrance of the supermarket wiping down the cart surfaces, my hands, etc. in my OCD manner and a woman exiting commented on my antics. She seemed surprised that I have been exercising "Universal Precautions" (as trained) since the late 1970's. I now wonder about each and every product that I touch especially the fruits and vegetables and who sick handled and/or sneezed/coughed on it.

I see more and more people entering the grocery store doing that. Now I've no doubt that it's a good idea, but just something I've never done. I DO wash my hands frequently, and I DO wash all the fruits and vegetables when I get them home. But I became a police officer BEFORE firemen drove ambulances. The city had contracts with funeral homes to provide ambulance service, and any first aid rendered at the scene was done by the police. Ambulance attendants (usually only one man; the driver) loaded and hauled the victims; period. And neither police nor ambulance attendants had any rubber gloves. So getting our hands dirty and/or bloody was just part of the job. When we left such a scene, we usually stopped by the station or a fire station to wash up a bit.

had Pasta fagipoli for lunch (used 6 cups of Kale).

The rootball on the kale plant I pulled was the size of a basketball and was 4' high and as I said had 80 stems of leaves. It was like a hedge. I have 6 more of these whoppers. I'm delaying planting half my potatoes until they die from the heat.

Drew, the Corona virus has up to a 9 day incubation period. That is why, on this virus, the standard advice of staying home when you are sick makes little difference. You could go to work for over a week and feel great while you unknowingly infect everyone around you. Eric is on the right track with this.

Don, that's a lot of good food.

I had to chuckle about Eric's Subaru, I'm sure he chronically laments that his dash doesn't have the same bespoke
flavor as a new custom Bentley model.:
the Riverwood on the dash "has been preserved for 5000 years in peat bogs, lakes, and rivers found in the Fenlands of East Anglia, England."

sounds like our using Redwood.
