Inventoried all the carport pieces. Spent some time with base pieces exploring options.

Bee class was quite interesting and informative and I did learn something. I learned I don’t want to be a beekeeper. Very willing to allow a real beekeeper put hives on the property in exchange for honey.

My dad kept bees many years. Still has lots of empty hives.

Usually people that need things pollinated pay bee keepers to put hives on their property.

It is good you became informed enough to make that decision.

Beautiful table tops, Ted.

How do you keep 'em from shooting across the room when you're goin' after 'em with the belt sander?:laughing:

LOL! Funny thing is that I do not even own a belt sander... never did. I only use random orbit sanders. My newest one has 2 settings, a fast removal w/ 1/4 inch orbit, and a finish setting w / 1/8 inch orbit. It is a Ridgid brand, best one I have owned.

Ted- I gave the video a thumbs up. I agree with Randy.

Probably not the best day for shampooing our two bedrooms' rugs; but it is done. Wifey is the baker around here; I helped her make berry fruit pie bars this PM = she supervises  It's starting to smell really nice in the kitchen.

Bird: sometimes on the email server you can hit your max amount of emails without any warning so you might have to delete some. since it's your birthday it might wait til tomorrow, but maybe a good time to catch up on old emails and say hi to old friends and maybe delete the emails you don't need.

Thank you everybody so far for the Birthday wishes, the nice fence and yard kudos and for any help on game cameras and security.

cheers (just ice tea until later then maybe we'll open one of the bottles of red sitting on a rack our kids and friends tend to fill up).

Thanks for trying to help, but I don't think that was the problem. Trouble is, I don't think anyone really knows what caused the problem, I was still getting email on my little computer and on my cell phone. Anyway, a young fellow at Best Buy got it working again. I had tried their "online" help and got nowhere, so I went in there when they opened at 10 a.m. and the first young man got nowhere and said I'd have to leave it, but he was sure they'd get it done in less than 24 hours. Sure enough the young man who actually got it working right again called me a little after 1 p.m.

Since you were able to fetch email on the other two computers, chances are something got corrupted in the settings of the email program you use on the laptop. I'm glad the Geek got you going again, but you might want to do some googling with the name of your email program and something like "email configuration settings" to find out how to view (not change!) those settings. Write them down so that next time you can maybe save yourself a trip to BestBuy.

Bee there or bee square...
Planted several trays of wildflower seeds growing honey bee friendly plants, plants that help produce honey.
At least half of what is getting planted are wildflower pollinator blends. Then a whole lot of California zinnias of all colors.

5 more trays done today, greenhouse starting to fill up, but lots more room. Toasty warm inside thanks to sun primarily and then heaters.
Makes me think of Farmer who has giant furnaces roaring away so his little chickens will stay warm.
